It's all messed up, dont buy
I am totally dissapointed with the quality of this door.
1. They messed up with lock/hinges sides. Now, my hinges are on the square and laminated side, and my door know is on the rough side.....HOW???
2. While stapling ,the door frame they left huge gaps and scufs that needed lot of putty to level them.
3. Finally, the fdoor frame is thin and flimsy.
No, DO not spend your money.

Mediocre quality
The door is supposedly full wood yet it cracked when we put a screw for the lock, so may be some iffy quoity or composite full wood. Paint is matte like plastic cover and it chips super easily and gets dirty even from its own wrapping irrespective how careful you are. Sizing is wrong, I expected door to be 32*80 with the frame because that’s fitting exactly in our rough opening. Instead door with the frame were about 33.5*81.5inch. Width fit as is super tight but on length we had to cut from the bottom part of the frame 1/2inch and knock out the top part of the frame in irder to fit the door in. Door overall looks nice but i think it should not be priced more than some $250.

This door is an MDF door. It is not full wood but is made of MDF and composite wood material. The door comes primed so that you will need to finish it before installation. Please note the rough opening size listed on the specs to make certain that this will fit in your opening.

Door actually measures 35 11/16" NOT 36".
Tried to interchange it with another 36" door (which actually measured 36"), obviously poor fit.
Only buy this if you are doing a from scratch installation. It is not a standard size even for a 36x80 door.
Also, when ordering this online, it came packed in a ridiculously heavy wood crate, poorly done with nailes everywhere, protruding from the 2x6 sides of the crate.

They need better Quality Control at the Factory . The Casing was 1/2" too wide for the Door until I fixed it . The Staples used to connect the Casing parts were placed too close to the edge of the Wood , causing splintering . The Staples drove too deep ... the greatly weakens the Casing .

Poor quality / quality control
Since we had to order and wait 10 days for this door, we were stuck with what we got. Door arrived pretty beat up and poorly assembled. The door stop is junk with no profile and was only partially installed and also crooked and improperly placed. We ended up installing new door stop which is actual door stop; standard in most homes. The door is hung crooked and very difficult to get level without several modifications. We’re stuck with it now but hopefully this and other similar reviews will help you to look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price considering the extra expensive to make it right.

Retuned the door because it was not flush with the jamb. The replacement door was also not flush with the jamb. That’s a manufacturing error. Sad and pathetic when a door manufacturer doesn’t know how to manufacture a door.
