Buyer beware
Buyer beware!  Don’t waste your money or try to save money with Kucht. The product is terrible and customer service just as bad. I have owned for 3 years and have already fixed the oven and the burners are cheap Chinese crap. Burners annoyingly click while cooking. Numbers have melted off. No support of the product. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of Kucht.Â

Love this range!
We have had this 48" gas range for a month and we LOVE it! We have baked cookies, cooked Christmas dinner, made numerous pancakes on the griddle and used all the burners! It has far exceeded our expectations. Prior to owning this Kucht range we owned a high end well known brand range which cost well more than double the price and we can say the Kucht is better! Because it is 100% gas it heats up so quickly. Our other range would take 25 minutes to heat and this Kucht heats both ovens in less that 10 minutes. The only thing we wish it had was a built in timer and clock...but that does not take away how much we love this range. Purchased a little timer and a nice wall clock for the kitchen and problem solved! Thank you Kucht for making such a great product at a great price. I will be definitely recommending Kucht to friends! And the best part...many have complimented on it!

Beautiful and functional

Amazing Stove
I am so very glad I found this stove. We were able to first start using it on Thanksgiving and how wonderful that was. The griddle cooked with precision and the ovens kept the food cooking with no limitations. I have cooked all sorts of foods thus far in both ovens and it is true to temperature and timing on recipe's. The burners on top were all factory adjusted which amazed my gas guy. I can boil water in no time. I am very excited to try the convection oven next. This is just a wonderful stove and would highly recommend!

Oven temps significantly off
The main oven is off by 50 degrees unless the convection fan is turned on. The second oven is off by 35-50 degrees. Called support and had to fight to get them to address the problem. They said "calibrating the oven may make it worse"... Couldn't tell us when they will be able to tell us a tech has been scheduled to come out, much less the date a tech will come out. Asked for an estimate on when we might know a tech is scheduled, a day, week, month, year etc.. they couldn't say.

Love the simmer mode!
We bought this 48 in gas range two months ago with our kitchen renovation and we are so happy with our purchase. Better quality than Zline and looks very nice! Better 4 year warranty than any other brand.
