Its a nice looking unit, but the instructions to create an entry code are pretty poor. I had downloaded a Kwikset app, but it was the Kwikset Primas app, instead of the Aura app, and this lead to frustration. Why have two different Kwikset phone apps?

We're here to help! To illuminate the keypad, you must push the LOCK button at the top of the keypad, while the deadbolt is in the Locked position. Once the keypad is lit up, you can then enter your code to unlock it. Also, please ensure you have programmed an Access Code via the Kwikset App. Should you need additional assistance, our Support Team is more than happy to help you at 1-800-327-5625.
