AnswerThis double-cylinder deadbolt has pin & tumbler cylinders. To re-key the pin & tumbler cylinders to your original key, you’d need to contact a locksmith. An alternative option is to purchase a Kwikset double-cylinder deadbolt featuring SmartKey security that will allow you to re-key the lock yourself by using the SmartKey learn tool and following the SmartKey re-key instructions. AnswerThis lock is a traditional pin and tumbler cylinder and can be rekeyed by a locksmith for a nominal fee.
My door us 1.25" thick. Will this lock work?

AnswerKwikset model # 665 26D CP RCAL RCS K6 V1 fits door thickness of 1 3/8” to 1 3/4” only and will not fit a 1 1/25” door thickness.
