The latch bolt is operated by the thumb piece on the outside and the grip on the inside. The deadbolt is operated by a key on the outside and a thumb turn on the inside. A:  The Pismo doorknob would be compatible with the San Clemente handleset and would need to be ordered separately as the interior trim model # 971PSK SQT 514.

        A:  All Kwikset finishes are tested for durability in all weather conditions. For product maintenance, we suggest using warm, soapy water to clean it and then towel-dry the hardware. To protect the finish you can polish the knob with carnauba wax. We do not recommend using solvents or harsh chemicals, which will void the finish warranty. A new Kwikset product is backed by a limited lifetime finish warranty for the original purchaser of the product.             Modern Look
            This set was extreemly easy to install and the matte black finish goes perfectly with our home. Favorite feature is the smartkey option helping limit the amount of keys on our key ring. We've had this installed for about 6 months now and has held up really well. 10/10 recommend!

This beautiful Front Entry set is Bump Proof and Pick Resistant and can be Rekeyed at home using the Smart key feature right in your own home. This also comes with a lifetime warranty. This Front Entry set Is easy to install and fits all standard doors. it only needs one tool to install. Using the SmartKey technology to can rekey this lock in minutes at home.

                  A great door handle
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old locket on a back door with this one from Kwikset. It was easy to swap out. I was able to use my old key to work with this locket without any problems. 1 hole needed to be drilled and it was an easy 10 minute swap. It really helps update this entryway.

                    Great looking front door set

A huge plus for us was that we could re key it so we didn’t even have to change our keys. It was super easy to install, but we did have to drill slightly to add them. It looks really modern and gives our front door a whole new look. The latches feel nice and solid, nothing wiggles or is loose. Overall a great set
