Interior door handle fell off the hole on the side doesn’t have a screw but a spring and flat metal piece
The set screw is reverse-threaded and is pre-installed in the lever shaft. To access the set screw, you will need to insert the Allen wrench into the hole on the inner side of the lever shaft. Position the lever so the access hole faces the door hinges, then insert a 3/32" Allen wrench and tighten the set screw until the lever is secure and snug.
Which item is the matching dummy door hardware?
The exterior dummy handle trim is model 3 819SCE LIP 4 and the interior pack is model # 973HFL SQT 4 can be ordered separately.

I installed this and the interior door handle screw has fallen out. What size screw do I need to replace it as the handle falls off everytime we open it. Again it’s the interior door handle for the exterior door
We are here to help! The set screws that hold the levers on are reverse threaded and pre-installed in the chassis shafts. Open the door and unlock it. Insert the 3/32 Allen wrench in the hole on the side of the lever and rotate the Allen wrench to tighten or loosen the set screw to remove the lever. This model can be installed on an exterior door with a 2 1/8" diameter backset borehole, 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" backset, 1" door edge borehole, and a door thickness of 1 3/4".

Can you change the direction you turn the deadbolt lever? It only locks when you turn the lever to the right, but it’s on a door that has the deadbolt on the left side.
The direction of the deadbolt lever is not adjustable for the rotation.
