Some QC issues but decent chair overall
I had great expectations with this chair because of the La-Z Boy brand. However, there were certain issues that I had, which is the reason for deducting two stars. The first was when I opened the box it came with two broken parts. As you can see from the pictures it is made up of very cheap plastic and could easily break with the best packaging. These parts are however not critical for functionality. The material used for the construction of chair is not leather, but its not vinyl either. No complaints here though, given the price point.
The other issue was one of the screws had broken threads and I had a hard time getting the base attached. I decided to contact the customer care given on the insert, but was unable to reach a live person. The second option was an online form, which does not recognize the product id on the package. This is what got me a little annoyed (I noticed the website has changed since the last time I used it). Somehow I managed to get the chair together. Overall, its a comfortable chair and is very heavy and stable. There is not much lumbar support but its decent enough if you do not have severe back issues. Overall, it is a decent comfortable chair but there are definitely some issues with the quality control.

Comfort and Style.
Yes I would recommend the Delano Big and Tall Executive Office Chair. First out of the box you do have to put the pieces together. Easy to follow directions, with pictures made it fast to put together in minutes. Tools needed are provided. The color and style really stand out to me as quality made. Lazy Boy makes a product built to last. It really improved the look of my office space to something more update and modern. Comfort, it really is more then just comfort. From the cushion seat to the comfortable arm rest, I now enjoy sitting and doing work on my computer. Plush body pillowing is very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. You can control the height, tilt and lift of this chair to fit your needs. I like the lower back support it helps with my posture. Holds up to 400 lbs. Made of wood and steel for added strength.

Good quality product, and very comfortable. Easy to assemble and just took under 30 minutes to put together. You might have to fiddle around with the arms to attach them to the chair. Very satisfied with finished product.
