Great wine fridge
I bought this about a month ago. It's very easy to set and very spacious. Love the dual zone and huge capacity. One of the best things it's the lock. So far so good. Works great. Great customer service. hoping it lasts longer than standard refrigerators of 8-10 yrs. Would recommend to a friend.

Exactly what I needed
We love the two-temperature control zones for the different types of wines we chill. This is a very attractive and efficient addition to our kitchen. Cools within 1 degree of the setting (verified with laser thermometer). I assume this has more to do with ambient room temperature than anything. This is quite large and holds quite a bit of wine. Great buy.

Excellent product
This wine fridge fits the space perfect and I couldn't be happier. Fridge has two temperature settings for my reds and whites. I read reviews that this brand's product a bit loud but honestly you don't hear anything. While we have not used it yet, the delivery was quick and service was wonderful. Look forward to placing it in our new home.

Great dual zone wine cooler
We had a 168 bottle wine cooler and upgraded to this one. Very pleased with the product! Makes a world of difference in preserving wines. Dual zone compartments, great interior lighting and wooden shelves! Just what I was looking for at a competitive price. Great Service.

Great buy and works well.
This item accentuates my home bar. Quiet and efficient. Great buy and works well. Keeps both zones at their assigned temperatures. Holds a lot and I really enjoy having in my home. I even put beer on the bottom. Love that it has a key since I have young children.

Excellent, versatile fridge.
Excellent, versatile fridge. Nice looking and for sized right. Quiet and huge capacity. Working just fine and keep the wine cool at the setting temp but I've only had it less than one month. But some of the commands are not very intuitive, but that’s the only issue worth noticing.

so far very good and hope can storage more bottles
A little early to give final verdict. Was delivered as ordered and delivery was smooth but it is a wine cooler - needs to sit for a few days to let settle and then start up. Then add wine bottles to see how accurate the temperature gauge/controls are. so far very good. Only concern so far (and they do address it in the booklet) is that it is not really a 287 bottle wine cooler - there are so many bottles that are larger format these days that this nets out probably at least one or maybe two bottles less per shelf. Chardonnay, Champagne, Syrah, Petit Syrah and even some Cabernet. Probably should be advertised as 260-287 bottles.

for the most part, i am happy with this. had some problems getting it started. after no success calling the manufacturer, i emailed and did get a response on what to do. one of the plugs in the electric circuit box wasnt connected. been working fine since. it is BIG and heavy. be prepared if u order it.

Overall I'm pleased with this unit. I can store 264 of the 3" diameter Bordeaux-style bottles. The top & bottom shelves can accommodate larger bottles. Shelves are not adjustable. Temperature reading isn't very accurate and temperature does seem to fluctuate, but it's much better than room temp during our Texas summers. Interior lights are useless once the unit is stocked. Packaging of unit was excellent. Have a plan for how to get the unit inside your house. We used a heavy duty 2-wheel hand truck and 2 men. I would recommend this unit.
