Good Micro, inconsistent convection oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 months old in our new RV. New learning curve, followed directions for convection. With oven thermometer inside oven while set on 450. Internal temp about 100 degrees lower. So basically you can’t cook anything higher than 325 so adjust your cooking times. Haven’t tried a pizza stone or cast iron on rack to raise the temp. When I called customer service they wanted me to disengage the thermostat and reboot it. Still under warranty, the dealer will look into it.
Nice size inside, quiet,good lighting, easy to keep clean.

Garbage
I bought this when I remodeled my kitchen. It wasn’t installed immediately because my kitchen was still being remodeled. Once installed, it never worked, giving me an error to close the door. I had an LG technician come to my house to repair it. He came twice, the second time told me to just return it and buy a new one. Unfortunately months had passed with the remodel and having LG give me the run around. So here I am years later with a microwave that never worked a day in its life. Garbage.

Installation included (if you're lucky)
Installation was included in the price but was not done because the electrical outlet was not located in the cabinet above the oven. There was an outlet below the cabinet within easy reach of the oven's power cord. I was able to install it in that location per the instructions. So far the oven works well after one day of use. My only complaint is the lack of installation by Home Depot.

Great Micro/Convection Oven!

It went in easily, and then after I read the operating instructions, I quickly used as many features as I could. It works very well, it looks great, and it sings...I couldn't be happier

We like It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our primary use is the microwave, but we have used the convection and combination microwave/convection functions. We are still in the "learning/experimentation phase" when using the combination mode. All in all we are very happy with this oven.
One addition that would be very helpful, would be at backlighted control panel. It is dark and hard to read in lower light conditions.

Every single LG appliance went BAD.
