Awesome Microwave!
I bought this in 2015 and has done nothing but wonders for a family of four includes two adult children. It was hard to believe that some people have had a bad experience w/ their very own. I’m now looking for another same. Always kept up with replacing grease & carbon filters when needed. RIP

Display never worked and has failed
We had this installed in April 2021, and we thought it worked well - the extension is great though I wanted a stronger fan - until mid-November 2022, when the digital display went out. It started with 4 orange lines for a minute, then for 3 weeks had a display of green 88:88 with a green fan (we never saw the fan symbol while we used the microwave for 1.5 years). We were able to keep using it because we knew the commands. My husband looked into getting it fixed, and the cost was half the price of the appliance. On December 3, 2022, the orange lines came back, and after using the microwave a few times in about 10 minutes, the orange lines seemed to disconnect. They looked unsafe and luckily the outlet where it’s plugged in is easily accessible, so we could unplug it. It is unacceptable that this appliance only lasted two years (manufactured date was Nov 2020). We are replacing with a different brand standalone microwave and separate hood to prevent loss of both in case one fails again. The hood and fan and microwave are working fine, but the electrical issue within the door display could be a fire hazard issue and we don’t feel safe leaving it plugged in.

Remodeling the kitchen with all new L G products

Excellent and Stylish Microwave
This is an excellent quality microwave. It is sturdily built and very attractive. The controls are easily visible and easy to use. It has a expandable vent fan with numerous speed as well as adjustable lighting. It is a top of the line microwave and pricy but it is well worth the money. Anyone that purchases this microwave will be very satisfied.

Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this months ago and am so happy with it. Things cook so fast and with the adjustable heat setting it perfect. Also one of the marvelous feathers is the extendable vent I have a gas range and this vent protects my microwave from the heat produced and remove the odor quickly from my house.

Great microwave bad handle
I've had this unit for 5 years, it is above my stove and when the stove is on it heats up the handle alot n now it's so discolored I have to replace it.

Extendable fan works well!

I use the fan and over head light the most . My prior microwave broke and I could look for a quieter and stronger fan. This microwave has a stronger and quieter fan with a Turbo fan setting. I am thrilled with a feature that extends the fan function to the front burners. And the black stainless steel color worked for me as black was not a color option
