An Awesome Dishwasher!

Purchased this dishwasher in Dec 2022 to replace another brand. We are completely satisfied with how quietly it runs and how efficiently it cleans! The features of the unit were well thought out in it's design. Having the second rack adjustable for height...awesome! The bonus feature of a 3rd rack for utensils and knives is a great addition. LG really thought of everything without breaking the bank on price! Will definitely recommend this unit to friends.

Very quiet, very efficient, but....

I was shopping for a black dishwasher, which limits my choices. When I found this one that was rated extremely quiet (which it is), I was so focused on quiet that I didn't notice how bad the bottom rack is. Without prongs in the middle, sometimes the middle is empty, but all the rest is full. I wish I loved it, but I don't. I would gladly buy a better bottom rack, if one were available.

Garbage - Bad Product, Don't Buy

This dishwasher is absolute garbage! Didn't purchase it new, came with a house we bought. Ours is a 2018 model, and has been malfunctioning from when we moved in March 2020. It powers off mid-cycle with no error code, we've tried all recommended fixes that we could do ourselves. The 1-year warranty means we need to bring in our own tech to fix. I have no confidence in LG. If I am buying a dishwasher to last 3 years, I'll just buy a cheaper company. I'll never again purchase LG products...

NOT PLEASED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had issues since the very first time we ran the machine and the quality is terrible. The finish on the door is flawed and no one cares. Our bottom rack had bent rollers and keeps falling off glides. A replacement was sent but they sent the WRONG one.

We take great pride in our work, and our hope is always that it helps each one of our customers is satisfied with our products. Clearly, this was not your experience with your LG dishwasher, and we apologize. Like it except rusted racks

We bought this brand new about 5 years ago when we built our house. Unfortunately after a couple years the rocks began to rust and now to the point where I'm worried about their safety.

Started off great but has deteriorated quickly.

It started out incredibly quiet and has grown increasingly noisy over time. It started out doing a great job at cleaning everything but as it reaches the one year mark the quality of the clean has deteriorated. We clean the unit as per the manual but it it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

Racks Rusting and Other Issues

I bought this about 3 years ago. During that time we had to replace the level sensor (under warranty), the front control panel and it's cover. Last year we noticed parts of the racks rusting out in several areas. This is the first time in the 30 years I have owned dishwashers that I have experienced this.

LG DISHWASHER WITH QUADWASH Leaking at 1st install

I ordered this last 11/1/2022 at Lowe's. Delivered Sat 11/12/2022. I personally installed it same day. Guess what, it has a slow leak at the outlet port where the outlet hose meets the plastic housing inserted at the machine sealed with an "O" ring. Did not use it for a while until service personnel came but when they ran the machine it did not leak anymore. Hopefully it stays that way.

Efficient and stylish

I love the 3rd rack! I’ve always put long tools on the top rack of the dishwasher so with this 3rd rack it gives me extra space! Cleans perfectly! Easy installation, I was able to install the dishwasher myself! Rated at a 4 because of the fact that I can’t put taller cups on the 2nd rack due to the space for the 3rd rack. And the bottom rack seems to not hold as much as my previous dishwasher. Usually I’m able to put my frying pan in the bottom rack to be washed but due to the size of this dishwasher I have to really maneuver items around to get it to fit properly. I’ve mainly been just washing the pots and pans due to size. Also the run time of the dishwasher is approx 2 hours+ and this is much longer than I anticipated.
