Such a great dishwasher. It's quite, cleans and dries very well. Like the stainless steel inside and the triple inside racks. A lot of thinking and engineering went into this product. Super easy to install. Like the ThinQ connection.

Design Flaw
The control panel is constructed of cheap plastic prone to cracking especially at the power and start functions. We are having it replaced for the third time!

Average At Best!! Not Worth The Cost
The dishwasher is average at best. I was looking for a dishwasher that actually dried the dishes. Most dishes are still very wet when the dishwasher has completed its cycle. We've even tried settings with the highest heat and drying functions. The dishwasher was missing the bottom panel (the part directly below the door) when we received it. Trying to contact LG and get help is very difficult. The Home Depot passed the buck and told me to call LG. Not happy with this product

Awesome dishwasher!
I remodeled my kitchen last year and wanted to upgrade my appliances also. I did thorough research and decided on LG. Theirs dishwasher checks all of the boxes for my needs and then some. This dishwasher is super quiet and does an amazing job at cleaning. The steam function is a life save. Pairing this with the LG ThinQ app is a must. Highly recommend this one!

Do not buy
2 years and 9 months in and the racks have rusted, broken apart, and disintegrated into tiny particles onto the dishes. Had it only a year before the motor died and needed replacing but that was under warranty. Even if the racks could be replaced under warranty I wouldn’t trust them.
Do not risk your money or your health on this thing.

My beautiful LG Top Smart Control Dishwasher
What a thrill to replace our outdated white dishwasher with the latest and greatest LG dishwasher. The finger print proof stainless steel top control quadwash dishwasher is sleek & beautiful. This appliance makes our kitchen appear modern, complements the other 3 LG appliances purchased & is the envy of our neighbors. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and the dishes are sparkling clean. Thanks to LG for designing a product that makes life easier and is gorgeous as well.

Bad investment
I bought this 2 months before it was delivered. Warranty goes by PURCHASE date, not delivery date. 1.5 years later, my unit has a heating element failure & rusted rack. The customer service had loud background noise and English isn't their 1st language. These communication barriers cause more frustration when needing help. They don't cover the heating element. Instead charging $125 +parts, labor & tax. Per owner's manual, rack is covered for 5 years, but was still denied coverage.

It’s almost a 5star I’d give 4.5 but no option
I bought this a month ago and it’s super quiet and cleans amazing. Only the top controls are a little confusing and I can’t start it from my phone. One concern I have is how quickly will the folding posts wear out and this machine would be a 5 if it had a built in Garbadge disposal feature

AWESOME dishwasher
This is the most efficient dishwasher I’ve ever used. The amazing features that allow me to wash by zone, extra dry* night dry, and my favorite - the upper rack for silverware are incredible. The result of all the special features are the cleanest, clearest, and shiniest dishes ever! Also, it is extremely quiet and cannot be heard in any part of the house and barely audible when standing right next to it. It’s super solid. The racks slide smoothly and are easily adjustable.
