Small but mighty!
I had another larger LG AC unit for about eight years until it finally died. I replaced it with the smaller one not knowing if it would have the same efficiency but it does and it takes up much less space. Highly recommend it!

Great air conditioner/ dehumidifier.
We really like this LG unit, especially the dry, dehumidifier feature. The first three nights we used it in our bedroom we collected more than an gallon of water each night. The musty smell in our bedroom is gone. We turn off our central air conditioner at night and save $$ on electric bills just using the LG unit at night.

I got this for my RV, LA is in a heatwave and my RV get 15 degrees hotter than outside but this ac does the job I didn’t expect it to cool a 35feet RV but it really does I love it I’m so glad I got it. I made some modification in my rv so that I didn’t have to put the hose outside the window, worked out great, my dog and my cats are happier for it lol

DANGER sever home damage and Mold issues danger
these units are for temporary use as on like minutes a day, they make a complete negative pressure in your home so keep in mind the air that's being exhausted outdoors has to be replaced from somewhere, hot air from every hole and nook in your home will be pulled in and instantly be turned into condensation behind walls and trim, that makes mold. steer clear and save the trouble

Quit working in less than 40 days of purchase
Bought this same unit at the end of July to have in my camper. It has been used on two different outings. Neither of those camping trips were longer than 2 days. Today when I went to clean camper, I notice unit wasn't working as well as I remember. It kept turning on then off. And after about an hour it quit completely. Won't even turn on.

Nice portable 7,000 BTU A/C
We bought our first portable A/C in May instead of putting a window A/C in one of the bedrooms. This A/C was installed with no issues and cools a room down quickly. The features are nice, but having an energy saver option to pause A/C when room temperature was reached would have been nice too. Otherwise we are happy with our first portable A/C.

Great for the man cave or the spare bedroom!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually have three of these units in different sizes but I just installed the 3rd one today in my office which isn’t hooked up to the HVAC and heats up badly all summer here in Ohio. One of the bedrooms has a wind out type window so I built a custom ‘screen’ from Lexan and put it in place of the original screen with a large hole drilled in it. Works great! (See attached) All three have been very reliable and really push out cold air, it’s remarkable how much heat is leaving the room through the corrugated tube. All three save us energy because we don’t run the main a/c at night, and the one in my office is only used in the evenings. We have had window units before and they were always really heavy and froze up, dripped water, etc. Our LG units have none of that, on really humid summer days I check the water drains but there’s never very much water to deal with. The one I installed today (95 degrees outside) took the office down to 72 in about 45 minutes. We are very happy with our LG air conditioners!

Leaking
This ac has been leaking non stop it messed up my floor tiles from the leaking . I would come home and see a whole flood in my room because of the non stop leaking it’s a safety hazard.
it’s getting thrown out 400 dollars down the drain . Really thought it would work way better than this I’m disappointed .

Superb portable aircon
This is one of the best portable aircon enough cold air to fill a room. Definitely cold. My beshy gets cold easily and turned the aircon to her younger sister. Thank you LG for giving my beshy and her sister comfort during summer season.
