exactly what was ordered.
We bought this for the washer dryer slot in my townhome a month ago and it is simply the best thing we have done for our home since moving in. It is quiet, efficient and easy to use. The lint tray is easy to clean and the reminder to clean it is not obnoxious.

My LG Front Load Washer

LG Appliances are the best
This is the third pair of LG Washers and Dryers we have bought. They are great and work well. They also last something that you don't always find in some appliances today. We had an LG washer and dryer in the home we just sold. They were more than 15 years old and still going strong. So we of course bought an LG washer and dryer for our new home! We have a second home in Puerto Rico and installed a pair there as well and are looking forward to years of reliable service from them. We highly recommend LG products.

No Power Up
After 1.5 years the dryer broke. It would no longer power up! Pressing power button did nothing. Problem solved. It was a loose connector on the controller board which is located behind the power button, pause/play button, mode turn knob. See image, the faulty connector is the one on the left, the one by itself(vertically positioned). My fix was to firmly secure the harness that plugs into this connector. I used several pieces of clear box packing tape to secure the cable down.

Poor quality, doesn't dry
I brought this less then a year ago, paint is flaking off the top. Contacted warranty services and was told it wasn't covered as it was a cosmetic problem. Definitely a manufacturing issue as the paint isn't adhering to the metal!
Also need to dry clothes a second time as most of them are still damp after the first time.

Inside glass of dryer shattered! DO NOT BUY
I bought this dryer about two years ago. Last week I was drying some bedsheets, and I heard a racketing coming from the machine. I checked the machine and was shocked to see shards of glass spinning around with my bedsheets! This dryer is DANGEROUS! Unless you want shards and slivers of glass with your clothing, I would not buy this dryer.
