AnswersThis was interesting, in that the power cord does route to the top of the fridge and is in excess of the height of the back of the fridge, so you must have a bit more than the stated height of ~69". The front portion of the fridge has the extra plastic box to house blowers I believe. So it is not a problem if your overhead cabinet is over the height of the "hinge" height of ~71".

AnswersOn the left side of the refrigerator, open the door and remove the lowest door bin (lifting up on the bin). That provides you access to the disposable water filter. You will need to rotate the filter counterclockwise to remove. It is recommended that a cup be held under the top area of the filter to catch any water that may drain out of the filter when removed.

slamming left door design fault

This is a beatiful high end refrigerator, but it has a left door slamming design...it has no stopper , and the tech came twice , and there is no solution, other than putting a piece of wood under the fridge in the back to tilt forward to slow down the slamming .. very rustic and primitive solution for such high end fridge and brand .. would not recommend nor buy again .. even when empty the left door has a slamming design .. just double check this in store before you buy .. it really is hard to believe ...at this price level check other brands just to be sure ...

We are so pleased with our LG fridge! It is GORGEOUS, makes no audible noise, and there is so much room for it being only counter deep. LG really made this a fantastic refrigerator. My favorite feature is the “door-in-door” for quick access to drinks and condiments, while my husband is in love with the ice balls for adult beverages.
ICE MAKER BROKEN < 4 MONTHS - NO PARTS AVAILABLE!

I bought this fridge in July after we found out we could not justify repairing the old "Kenmore-its predecessor" after serving us for only 7yrs. Becasue of Covid, I had to wait till yesterday for delivery. Thankfully the store had a loaner we could use while we waited. This new one is the same size and set up with a few more bells and whistles which I absolutely love. This is a great fridge for a large family who shops at Costco. It as served me well through holidays when we cater 3-4 families at any given time. I know covid has impacted our gatherings but it is still great when you are stuck at home and can't get to the store for a while.

I wasn’t sure if I would like the door in door feature, but it is my favorite feature of the refrigerator! It provides 3 walls or door organiztion instead of 2 - leaving the 2 outer doors for condiments. Never had my refrigerator been more organized. I was worried the extra door would take away space from the inside, but doesn’t seem to (having previously had a similar LG unit without the door). Love the freezer with the 2 added pull out shelves - also allows organization making it easy to find items and less of an issue with items buried forever in the bottom! First time I love my refrigerator!

Nice appearance. Appreciate the space. Initially thought there was less space but just required a different food arrangement than previous model. Lots of vegetable crisper space, special meat/cheese drawer. Freezer has multiple sections for organizing. Removed in drawer ice storage, plenty for 2 in the door. Cube/water selector needs to be touched just right to change and took a couple days for me "catch" the ice it seems to shoot out from the side sometimes. Refrigerator not noisy, minimal sound. Does have a warning chime if left open.
Had our previous fridge for more than 20 years, hope this holds up to that challenge!

I bought this the day after Christmas. It is very roomy, the lights are great, its easy to see everything. The freezer is well designed with multiple shelves. There is also a "Craft" ice maker in the freezer, in addition to the traditional icemaker in the door. The exterior is amazing, NO FINGERPRINTS!!
The only slight negative is one fan is a little loud at times.
