This video will walk you through the simple steps you must take in order to ensure a successful delivery and installation of your new Washer from The Home Depot.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- Water valves (hot and cold) must be corrosive free and within 6 ft. of hookup
- Verify your existing electrical and water connections
- Empty & unplug your old appliance

Reliable
Have had this machine for 8 years. We do 2-3 loads of laundry’s every other day and the machine is still going strong. Did replace the drain pump 35.00. Took seven min two clamps and three screws. I Would purchase this brand again

Disappointed
Never a fan that I couldn’t get enough water to cover the clothes. Now we found water on the floor. Can’t wash anything large and definitely can’t fill the washer. It throws it out of balance and then when the cycle gets to where it’s more adding more water to the tub, the water goes down the outside of the tub!!! Repair man said ring that balances needs to be replaced... $400! Six years old so we need to get a new one now. Never imagined going with LG that we would have to replace our washer in six years!!

Do Not Buy
This washer is a piece of junk. Control board goes bad, balancing rods don’t last long. Don’t waste your money unless you want to replace it in 2 years.

Hate it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the unbalance problem since it was brand new, at first it was only every now and then so I assumed it was a real unbalance problem, I followed the directions to fix the problem and it did get fixed, now it is almost every load, it can take up to 7 hours or more after trying to restart the machine few times, I have follow every possible direction on how to fix it and no luck. I totally hate laundry day because of this and it stress me out so much at the point that I start yelling at the machine. HATE IT. I know there is a class action but not sure if the case still open.
