5.8 cu. ft. Smart Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean, Wi-Fi Enabled in Stainless Steel

Overall, this is a feature rich and best bang for the buck gas oven. My old GE gas oven is probably near its end of life as I am frustrated everyday by not being able to ignite the burner. This LG gas oven is a lower end model from LG’s product lines but it definitely does not feel cheap at all. My first impression of it after installation was “Wow, it looks premium!”. I definitely love it and very glad that this is now my gas oven in the kitchen. I am going to list the pros and cons of this model below for your reference: Pros: 1. Premium look feel. It looks very nice because it has the big turner knob, flat black grill, and all touch screen that typically seen in high-end models. 2. For the price, you typical see 4 burners. But this model has 5, where the extra one is located in the center with an oval shape. When it’s lit on, it looks beautiful. 3. High efficiency. My old gas oven does not burn gas efficient, as I can tell by the yellow hint from the flame. This model burns gas in pure blue, indicating high burning efficiency and less chance of leaking CO in the living space. 4. WIFI enabled. You can install LG’s app and monitor the status of the oven from the app. I have not tried this yet from my app but I am looking forward to exploring this feature. It would be really cool if I can set the temperature and remote start the oven from my app. But I need double check that. Cons: 1. The touch screen is based off older touch technology. It won’t be as responsive as your phone’s screen. 2. The bottom storage drawer does not have enough depth. I can’t put my grill rack in it anymore. It’s depth is probably only 2/3 of a standard one. Not sure why LG made this design choice. And also, the bottom drawer is made of really thin metal sheet, almost flimsy to my taste. Honestly, I don’t really care much about it, but to someone else this could be a flag. 3. No convection. This is not a true con but just a FYI. These days convection is very typical even for lower end models. It’s a little weird that this model does that have convection. 20 years ago convection was an extra features; these days, convection is standard but air fry is an extra feature. I had it installed by HD’s installation team (for $160 in my area). It was very quick (under 30 minutes). I recommend this product if you are looking for a premium look and feature rich gas oven under $800.

I was always afraid of dropping a pot of skillet on the surface and breaking it. They didn’t heat well and later heated too much or not at all. I got this LG Gas Range and went cooking and baking crazy! I literally unthawed fish, chicken vegetables and yes I baked! I baked pound cakes and made a cobbler. Fried some fish and baked some chicken. This Gas Range is excellent Gas versus electric, Easy Transition I will take gas every single time. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is the middle section I need to get a griddle. I’m so excited and happy I chose this for my cooking choice. It’s beautiful black and stainless steel and the grates are top of the line no worries about drips because the areas are large and high enough to make a quick clean. The ovens capacity is quite large so for the holidays I will be able to bake more than three nice size items at one time maybe four. Speaking of which the last time I had a Gas stove there was no clock, this one has a clock, a timer, a music tune it plays and get this has a remote start wi fi...and a smart diagnosis which will allow me to see if something is wrong with the stove over my phone there are so many bells and whistles you will emerge yourself in cooking all of your favorite meals and even experiment with a few new ones. Due to the size of the oven cooking a large meal is easy! I haven’t used the middle section but I’m excited to get my griddle for Saturday morning breakfast for the family. The pull out drawer at the bottom was a little stiff I’m sure with a little use it will ease out, but hands down this is a great choice for gas ranges with all of its options and large cooking and baking areas. I’d recommend this stove to everyone who enjoys using a gas range. This stove is standard size yet packed full of cooking space on top and the oven. The burner control knobs make the clicking sound when turning on and it’s easy to see high, medium and low. I like the way the little pictures show you which eye your turning on. The grates really top the stoves look off making this one of the best looking ranges (reminds me of those ranges in high end restaurants! The stainless steel and black brings you into the here and now of kitchen appliances. Love this Gas Range. It will be Months before I could use all of the options this Gas Range comes with, so for any cook whether you’re just beginning or experienced cook you’re going to love this LG ELECTRONICS 5.8 CU. This stove is beautiful, the amount of space inside is great compared to our old one. We absolutely love the extra middle burner, it's one of this things you didn't think you'd love so much until you used one. I love being able to monitor if they burners are on through app and the concept of being able to set your stove while not physically at it is great. It is slightly annoying you have to press the remote start button before leaving your oven though or you have no control from the app, only monitoring. I was hoping this would work with google assistant but it currently does not, it lets you add it to Google home but that's it. Im sure over time it will work better wifi wise. The storage on the bottom is significantly smaller than my last stove. We highly suggest having home depot install this, they were quick, kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Stop looking if you want to replace your stove cause this is the one to get. Elegance and sophisticated is this stove. You are going to smile every time you enter your kitchen. Number one the grill over the burners is not weak and the burners are very beautiful. It tells the time and also have a nice song whe. You turn it on and when the oven is finished. You can set your timers to broil and bake. The oven is one of the most beautiful you would ever see, the light is bright and it is extremely easy to clean. You get five burners at the top, 4 regular burners and one in the middle for your grilling. The oven has a nice rubber around it and the bottom is nice and neat with a clean finished. I’m not made of money but this is definitely worth every penny to save you wasted money in the long run. 1. Great outcome of your food 2. Bakes very nice and it does not burn easy. 3. You would enjoy your food even more because of the great quality 4. Nice energy efficiency 5. Extremely easy to clean and easy to use knobs. 6. No regrets

I have only had this oven for a day, but I am so excited about it. The burners are all sizes and I love the largest one because we are always boiling large pots of water and it is quick. This replaced my old 4 burner stove that had all the same size burners and so far I don't miss it. Do I wish this had some better features? Yes, but I also like that it is a no frills kind of stove. It is just bigger, better, and far better looking. The WiFi was very easy to set up through the LG thin q app and I love that I can control and monitor the oven. The burners only show on/off though and cannot be controlled through the app. The digital display is very easy to read as well. While I gave it only 3 bars on features, it is because it is just a plain Jane oven/range, no convection, no air fry, so be aware of that. And for quality, it seems built very well and durable, but I don't really like the buttons, they feel like an under sensitive touch screen that you really have to push right in the middle. However the app is friendly and easy to use, so I doubt I will use the buttons all that much anyways, only time will tell. One other down side is that my old broiler pan no longer fits in the storage compartment on the bottom, not a deal breaker, but it's just not as large of a storage bin, and it also seems a bit flimsy for a drawer.

I purchase a suite of LG kitchen appliaces in August 2019. Six months later small rust spots appeared on the outside of door and drawer. Today as I am wiping out my oven, post Easy Clean, I discovered a poc mark in the oven floor! I've never seen corrosion like this!

We love it. It is the best stove I have ever owned. Oven bakes cookies, pizza, and turkey to perfection.

Love the stove, love the color inside. Did come with a couple scrtches, and a ding or two. I needed a stove, so I did not send back. Over all, well made, should last 10 years, not 20, like my last one :)

This stove is great Burners cook evenly and the stove top is easy to clean The oven space is great and the easy clean feature is terrific The WiFi feature reminds you to clean your oven before it gets too dirty
