AnswerThis is not a slow cook mode. The bake mode default setting is 350 °F. The lowest setting is 170 °F / 80 °C. There is a are comparable mode. The Convection Roast feature is designed to give optimum roasting performance. Convection Roast combines cooking with the convection fan to roast meats and poultry. ^Daphane

Functionally, the oven/range is excellent. I couldn't be happier. To make things even better, four days after HD installed it there was a price drop. I called the store, spoke with the same salesperson and she put $163 back on my HD charge card.
Why the 4 stars and not 5....the stainless steel shows every water spot, grease spot and drip. What a pain to keep clean. Otherwise this is a 5 star stove.

I recommend this LG. The best! Please read your manual to find out how many items, where and how to place them so they won't burn. The oven is nice and large. I got 11/16/18 and cooked Thanksgiving Dressing/stuffing 11/18/18 for a very large group only about 14 hours after delivery. It is everything I need so far in a range. I have not used ThinQ yet. Value: But I love this buy and was going to spend $3600.00 for a range and after reading reviews for 2 weeks and learning of what problems from other brands, this was the best. There are no problems right out of the box. My hubby installed it. Features: I really like the tones of the notifications for the temp range from cool to hot and when finished, also Energy: when the door is open 30 secs. long it turns off the gas and immediately warns you that the door is open and when the door is closed it heats to set temp. When using the timer, it tones and the light blinks inside the oven to notify you! The warming drawer is a must have for my homemade peach cobbler to stay hot. My 17" x 17" sheet cake pan fits, YEA!!! I like everything and have to end this review to finish cooking Thanksgiving Dinner! Quality: The grill is nice & light, it has a spray bottle with scrubber, and the Stainless Steel is awesome!

We got our new stove delivered the day before Thanksgiving and from the fist meal prepared on/in it, every single thing we have cooked in the oven has been perfect. Our Thanksgiving Turkey, perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. I made over 300 holiday cookies and each one came out soft and chewy, none over cooked. Items cooked from frozen cook evenly in the exact time recommended on the package. I could not be more pleased with our gas stove top as well, especially the racetrack griddle in the middle - great for preparing breakfast foods. Easy to clean and looks stylish and professional in our kitchen. I highly recommend this product. Good value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month from online store and delivery took a week. Installation process was straight forward. It has 5 burners middle one is very large and perfect for grilling. My wife using it regularly and she likes cooking , grilling and everything.
It has all required features i.e. baking , pizza , easy smart clean.
Touchpad is very fast responsive. Clock adjustment and other settings are very user friendly. Do not required much research.
Overall this product has enough spaces everywhere so it will be very easy and comfortable to use.
We upgraded it from GE and we are very happy after using LG appliances (gas range , microwave , dishwasher and refrigerator)
