Asked by ES July 8, 2019ES, Most dryers do not come with cords simply because there are at least 2 different wiring options for cords. If you let Home Depot know what type of outlet you have, (take a picture of it with your phone) they can set you up with the proper cord for your home. You can have them install it or get you own and DIY it, your choice, good luck.

Smart Wi-Fi Enabled White Electric Vented Dryer with Rear Controls and EasyLoad™ Door, Model # DLE7300WE does not come with a power cord. It has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). You can use a 30-amp, 240-volt, 3-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG-minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends or a 30-amp, 240-volt, 4-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG-minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. A 4-wire connection is required for all mobile and manufactured home installations, as well as all new construction after January 1, 1996, or where local codes do not permit grounding through the neutral wire. The dryer is supplied with the neutral wire grounded. This white ground wire MUST BE MOVED to the neutral terminal when a 4-wire cord is to be used, or where grounding through the neutral conductor is prohibited. If you are not sure which plug to use, please contact your local building inspector for advice...^IFV
