It Is Well Made And The Finesse Is Good And Will Hold Up For Years! So Easy To Install, Made For The DIY'er. You Do Need To Know How To Hook Up The Electric Wires! But That Is Easy Too. Make Sure You Turn Of The Power To That Area You Are Going To Install At.Replacing An Old Lite With This One Is Easy. Installing It In A New Place Will Take A Little Longer! Be Sure You Use 14/2 Wire For Your Hook-up.
