AnswersThe color difference? I am not sure what you are asking. Mine was half white on bottom and tan on top. It is lovely! They might have only had the white one when I ordered. I thought I was getting all tan but I don’t mind I love the white! Or you should be able to indicate online what you want to order.
Has anyone noticed whether the baskets shed fibers? How are they holding up? I know jute carpets ...

AnswerDue to the handmade nature of Jute items, it shreds. With 100% Jute baskets too shedding is prone to happen. We recommend shaking out your basket outside and you can even vacuum your basket to get rid of extra loose fibers. If there is any fringing or loose pieces you can also carefully trim the pieces away.

ordered the 17” size to fit under by 19” coffee tables, it was so big it would not go under at all. They are mislabeled for sure, it said 17” on the tags.
The baskets are really flimsy and wouldn’t hold up....

Good quality and attractive look makes this basket a nice addition to my living room with ample storage for extra blankets and pillows. My only complaint is that it is a bit too floppy, making it difficult at times to keep upright if left empty . Shipping was very fast.
