Previously had this door and it lasted for years. Purchased again and within 2 months two of the hangers broke. It's totally a piece of junk. Will not fold, contacted the company and they sent new hangers. You have to Uninstall the door to replace. You might as well purchase a new door.

We actually purchased 2 for a double wide laundry area. I chose to get a small flat magnet to hold the two doors together in the center when closed, but that's not entirely necessary. They stay closed pretty well by themselves without the magnet. My husband and I couldn't be happier with these doors. They look nice, and are much more "out of the way" than our old bifold doors. As you can tell, with that back door so close, the bifold doors got nocked around quite a bit, with a few scars on that back door too. These doors allow me to keep my laundry area open while in use, without worrying about that other door, AND just close them up when you want to hide. It's my laundry area folks, nothing to see here. We are super happy with they way they function and they are of excellent quality. Should have purchased these years ago.

Poorly made. Not designed for regular use. Installed in as a temporary bedroom door exactly 1 year ago. The "hinges" (plastic strips) between the panels are tearing in multiple places. The frames are made out of very thin plastic and shatter when bumped into. The only durable part of the product is the panels themselves. They block light, insulate well, and will last for many generations.... In the landfill. For the price, these are a ripoff. I bought the more expensive model thinking that "you get what you pay for"... I bet the cheaper model probably wouldn't have fallen apart at the hinges. The warranty is useless since shipping on such a large item is a good portion of the original cost. NOTE TO MANUFACTURER: Send me some new hinge strips to swap out and I'll update my review.

I just installed a Fusion model today, and I'm satisfied with the appearance. It's about what you would expect from an all plastic door. I'm not sure how durable it will be, but for occasional use it may be OK. The installation directions provided no details for installing the closure channel on the opening side of the door. It seemed odd to me that the instructions used the same "closure channel" term for the long plastic pieces on both the anchored and the opening sides of the door. The channel on the opening side was not predrilled, so I had to drill and countersink holes to attach that side. The anchoring clips seemed to work pretty well on top and on the other side. However, I doubt many DIY installers would be able to get the door handles fastened well. I had to enlarge the pin holes and then make an attachment for a large C clamp to force the two sides together.

1.Poorly written directions. 2. Instalation is strange, could have been simplified for less money. ( It has black tabs that need to be installed in the top rail, then res crewed. The rail has grooves on both sides, it would have been better to have it flat on one side so it could be mounted directly on the wood) 3. All screws are bunched together in one package with no directions. The flat head screws should be used in the upper rail. 4. The plastic clips for mounting the side panel are difficult to attach....And the bar they attach to kept sliding up and down (I finally used super glue to hold it in place) 5. The handle has pegs, which don’t align exactly with the holes...and a double ended screw to attach to the other side. I finally did away with the screw and used super glue to attach the handle. 6. The mounting wheels need to be lubricated before instalation...but the panels kept slipping, not easy. 7. Do to packaging (plastic straps too tight) there was minor damage to the door. You pay for what you get. I purchased Wood Fold Doors for another room, expensive but worth the price.

I bought this product and it is not exactly like the picture: the handle is different. It is all plastik, including the top and side tracks. The instructions are not that easy to follow, and I had far fewer screws and things than they show I should have. I am a semi-handy woman and it took me about an hour to hang this door. One thing I do, that may be of help for someone: I baggie up all the extra parts and label them in case I need them in the future. I am satisfied with it (in my kitchen pantry), it was an inexpensive option and suits my needs.

          Seems sturdy, looks good....
It was really easy to install, but I'm either missing something....or wonder what others have done to keep it closed? Especially those using this as a bathroom door??? I'll add a picture showing the gap in mine.... there was an extra piece that wasn't listed anywhere in the instructions, but I don't see how it would be used for closing.... might just need to go get some sort of magnetic clasp?? Only other complaint (suggestion) I have...I think it should have more than just 3 'clips' on the sides, the bottom of the side 'rails' just hang there, and can get caught and pulled easily....(this will only will make sense if you have installed it) Otherwise, it does look nice for a easy/cheap closet door replacement!

            Turned out real nice.
I purchased two 32 inch x 80 inch folding doors for one large closet opening of 60 x 80 inch. Sawed off 1 inch from the bottoms for a perfect fit.Took two hours to complete job.

            Perfect for a small area
The conventional door was in the way in the hallway all of the time. This folding door was perfect! Installation was so easy even a 60 year old woman could do it. Me!

The folding door was a great option. We had a small pantry off the kitchen and we turned it into a 1/2 bathroom.
The folding door is of good quality and slides very easily. The wood color is beautiful. Not having a door to push in allowed us more room for the the 1/2 bathroom. I didnt want a door to push out since that would take away from my kitchen. I would strongly recommend this door when dealing with a tight space. Opens and closes very easy and looks great.
