Pro Series 575 Lumens Broadbeam LED Directional Pivoting Work Light

This is a great little work light. I imagined using this for working under my truck, but have since found many uses for it. It's very bright. It has several detents that lock up nice and tight to angle the light in different directions. The magnets on it are strong and have handled me bumping into it several times without knocking the light off. It also comes with a little hook carabinier that's folds out to hang it if needed. I found out that the carabinier is almost impossible to fold out with my fingers, and I had to use my pocket knife to even get it swiveled out. Annoying, but definitely not a big deal for me.

I really like the quality of the Lux Pro Ares Light. It has 2 settings, high 575 lumens and low 210 lumens. On high it will last 3 hours, on low it will go for 11 hours. I love the design of the light, you can lay it down and pivot the angle of the beam. It has heavy duty magnets that hold really well and a clip for hanging. It works great for camping as well as working in parks areas hands free. Great light.

This light is a life saver. It is real bright and the magnetic base makes it stick real good on my bucket truck boom. I can just stick it on something metal and aim it. It stays where it needs to be at and is extremely bright. As a cable TV technician that works nights sometimes and has to work in tight dark spaces this little light was handy and useful.

This is a bright light! Great to have around the house for odd jobs. It doesn't take up a lot of room but it is very functional. It has a bright light and then a low mode. The light part is a triangle so you can spin it around to where you can use it the best. It also has a hook for hands free use and two magnets on the back to either store it or use hands free also.

The LUXPRO PRO SERIES 575 LUMENS BROADBEAM LED DIRECTIONAL PIVOTING WORK LIGHT is light weight and small yet has a lot of power and is able to light up a room. The light comes with magnets which allows you to store it on the side of your tool box and also comes with a handy little clip to hang it from. The great part is that it uses 4 AA batteries. The light has two modes High which Lumens = 575 and Low which Lumens = 210. If you don't need a light of light the lower setting allows for extra hours of usage.

I got this work light mainly to use in the garage where I have a fridge and a few other metal things to hang it from, but it is also great for working around the house. The light is super bright, to the point that I often use the low-mode when in a tight space, just so I don't blind myself. I also like the ability to change the direction of the light and that it automatically shuts off if you close the light while it is one. The light will pivot about 270 degrees as goes from closed to open to the left (90), pointing out (180), and then to open to the right (270). There is a click in point at each 90 degree angle and then it is not able to pivot past the 270 degrees. I really like the magnets on the back/bottom that are very secure. In the pictures below you can see I have it hanging on my fridge for storage most of the time and even when all the garage lights are off it is very bright. Not enough to illuminate the whole garage or anything, but definitely enough to get to the fridge or put over my work bench and work with no problems. The magnets are very strong and there are two of them. It also has a small carabiner hook that is triangular and wraps around the triangular on button. This hook is plastic with a metal spring mechanism. It is easily strong enough to hold up the light, but is not weight bearing so should not be used to pick up items or hang anything heavy from. Overall, this is a great little work light that will come in handy under the hood of a car, under a sink, in a dark utility room, or in a dark garage if there is no electricity. It also would make a good area light outside at night or if the power goes out.

This is a pretty nice compact work light design. It is relatively small, bright, and the reflector/light can be rotated 180 degrees. The light portion folds away which will protect the lens from scratches, it has a clip to attach is to smaller objects, and two magnets on the back which will hold it if the surface is roughly 4 inches or more and relatively flat. One really smart design feature is that the light cannot be switched on if the lamp/reflector is folded away and will even shut off if the reflector it put away if it was already switched on. The beam is fairly wide and provides even light so it will do a good job of lighting a larger area. It puts out a lot of light for its small size. Perhaps though that will be at the expense of batter life since it uses 4 AA batteries. It does have two brightness settings and presumably the lower setting will give it longer battery life. I have a number of work lights and for this one's size, its high level of brightness and easy ability to point it where you want it makes it more useful than the others.

I got this little light at the perfect time. My light fixture in my kitchen had burnt out. Not just the bulb but the actual fixture. I shut off the power on that side of the house from the circuit breaker lastnight and needed a light to install the new fixture. I am in the process of resurfacing my kitchen walls. This light has multiple ways to hang it or place it. It has very strong magnets to stick it to metal. It would be great for working under your car or under your hood. The light not only has magnets but it also has a clip to hang it from material that is not metal. It is very bright. I really like the way the head swivels all the way around. This light has 2 light modes. I call them bright and brighter. This would be a great light for work, for camping, for tight places, and perfect if the power goes out. I also got a luxpro flashlight that works really good. These are the first products I have had from this company and I am very impressed so far.

Trial of the LuxPro Broad Beam portable LED Work light model XP1810 was very impressive. The unit is rated at 575 lumen (bright mode) which ran for approximately 3 hours. It has a 210 lumen (low mode) which is claimed to run for up to 11 hours on fresh batteries (one set of 4 AA included in unit.) The battery access area is one side of the triangular design work light. Battery hatch is easy to open and stays secure when closed. On the opposite side of the battery compartment is the on/off push pad where an accessory hook is located to permit hanging from an overhead area. The LED beam swivels 225 degrees for operation, and will automatically shut off if rotated into the close position. The ends of the triangle are rubberized. I assume this is to provide a non-slip advantage. A twin magnet base is also present to permit securing to any metallic surface. Great use as a trouble light under the car hood! Check out my photo for light intensity from this unit. Placed this in competition with a COB LED hand held wand that I have used. No comparison in brightness on high mode. It is a powerful light with a lot of nice extra features. It can clip onto a loop or a hook, it can hang or hold onto a magnetic surface with ease (Strong magnets), 2 levels of brightness, and the light direction is easy to adjust. This is perfect for home projects in poor light. I even used it to vaccuum my car while it was in a poorly lit garage.
