Hello Shelby, the Lanco White Bonding Agent will add resiliency and toughness when used as an additive for applications in cement to cement, cement to wood, plaster, stucco, tile and plaster to plaster. For optimum results, mix one part of the Lanco White Bonding Agent to one part of water(1:1). Use this mix as the mixing water for the cement base mixture.
