Product Details

Siliconizer Crack Filler is a 100% elastomeric, styrene acrylic, silicone-modified white mastic for interior and exterior use. Will permanently seal leaks and bridge cracks on smooth surfaces. This flexible mastic will adhere to any surface and fill cracks of any size. It will not crack, peel or crumble even after exposure to severe weather conditions.

Knife or spatula application
Covers approximately 50 sq. ft. per gallon
For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberized asphalt, rubberized mastic, trailers, RVs, and wood
Dry to touch: 15 minutes; Dry to recoat with latex paint: 2 hours

White Elastomeric Roof Patch as a protective coating around the bottom walls of a particle board shed, but we suggest for you to use the Lanco Aqua -Proof Prep which is easier to apply and you would not need to top coat it as it is inside a shed and not exposed directly to the sun.

A: Hi Randy, we have 4 different Lanco Siiconizer Crack Filler, it all depends what you want to apply with, example we have to be applied with brush or knife. You maybe can try the brush one, but you want to make sure that the cracks are completely filled in.

Good stuff

I like this Lanco 1-gallon crack filler the consistency of peanut butter. I used Lanco over mesh tape & Karnak 19 flashing cement after full cure. So it’s clean area then Karnak 19 than mesh tape add second coat of Karnak. Let cure 3- months then 1 coat of Lanco then paint 2-coats exterior paint . I like that you can paint over the Lanco crack filler for added protection.
