AnswerThe firebowl comes in sections. These sections fit closely together, but not water tight. So water does not accumulate in the bowl.

Beautiful Fire Pit
Fire pit came quicker than expected. It was in 3 boxes, 2 boxes held the concrete sides and the other held the all the other parts. Easy to assemble, it just took time. I will say that some of the assembly was much easier with two people. I used an 8’ cord for the propane tank, 5’ just seemed too close. We purchased a cover for the fire pit, 50+ pounds of lava rock (I still may purchase more) and a propane tank cover. All in I would estimate it cost us about $700. Well worth the price when comparing it to other fire pits that I don't think look as nice and are not stainless steel. The whole thing seems really sturdy and I think it will last a long time. We are very happy with our purchase.

Worth Every Penny!
Awesome product! I received (3) 38lb (roughly) boxes with everything inside. The instructions are very straight forward and simple to do. A lot of nuts and screws for the stainless steel bowl, but that was expected. All of the connectors are included to run either natural gas or propane. The base is stone, not a cheap faux stone base Make sure you have tephlon tape on hand. Lava rocks (do not use regular stone or they will explode) are not included, but very cheap to get; you’ll need between 50-60lbs worth. You will need to get a regulator for your tank; I would recommend getting a 8 foot high pressure regulator (4 foot is not long enough and seems too close) so it’s long enough to run from the pit to your tank if you’re going to have the tank near the pit. This really does put out 75,000 btu! It’s not a small fire pit like you will find everywhere else. If you have any questions Landecor (manufacturer) is very helpful and friendly! Very happy with this product!

This product was the size, shape and height for what we needed. I read other reviews and definitely agree that you need to purchase 1) A high pressure propane regulator; 2) A propane tank adapter; 3) 70 lbs of lava rocks (I liked mixing the 3/4" and the 1-3" varieties); and 4) a cover - but a cover for a 44" pit is too small - go bigger. I really like the low height, like a camp fire.

We purchased this so we could have an "OUTDOOR social distanced" gathering of our immediate family for Thanksgiving. We placed it under our gazebo, and also purchased 3 side walls to block the wind. It works perfectly. The heat output is fantastic, due to the low position of the flame. It creates an updraft that helps to keep the air under the roof clean and fresh. It's now being used for a sense of normalcy while we invite a select few couples over (one at a time) for drinks and social hour. On some of our mid 30's degree evenings, most are comfortable in a thin jacket.
It goes together easily, comes with adapters for Propane or natural gas, and is ready for your choice of fill, rock or glass.
The instructions are not included. If you need them, there is a link on the Home Depot site to download.

The Fire Pit arrived on time and was very easy to set up. Please buy a high pressure regulator prior to install. I bought a low pressure and flames were very low. I switched to high pressure and man does this thing heat up. Great value for the money.

This is a very well built fire pit. Easy to assemble and easy to read instructions. Had an issue with a missing box and the customer service from Landecor was the best I have experienced. They immediately shipped a new box and called to follow up after I received it. I thought great customer service was extinct until now. Keep up the good work. Would highly recommend any product this company offers. Their customer service rep Hedvig was outstanding.
