A:  Hi Arnie1269, thank you for your question regarding the Large Rectangle White Casual Mirror (50.25 in. H x 14.375 in. W). Yes, this particular mirror has a has plates on the back of the frame that have a sawtooth hanger built into them. These sawtooth hangers can hang on nails or screws. You will need 2 screws, one for each side. If you will be hanging this mirror on drywall, you will also need suitable wall anchors.     A:  Yes, it does produce a full length view. However, you must adjust the 2 metal hangers to fit tight to the door top because the mirror can be giggly when the door is moved such as when closing and opening the door.
