Very hard to assemble - video, instruction book and help number about worthless -it was more a detective game to figure out. have to keep moving shower base around to access back/attach back wall -water lines. Details just not there. Not "easy' fit drain!

Very hard to assemble.as if the parts are not sized correctly.

It was pre drilled. Wouldn’t work. Too much work to make it work. Took it back. Had to buy a different one.

Instructions sent were for different models. Even online instructions are horrible and incomplete. Drain system didn’t come with the one I ordered but was supposed too. The opening into the unit is small. Suitable for petit person or child. Holds water that won’t drain because of design of floor. This will be a problem unless you dry the floor after each use. Looks good but horrible design. Would not recommend. There are better options then this unit

NOT A EASY INSTALL Instructions were unclear making it extremely difficult to follow. No number included to contact company with questions. BUYER BEWARE!

Instructions/photos were terrible, and got 3 manuals that didn't go to the shower shipped. Door handles are junk. Nothing online to help with assembly/replacement handles. You definitely get what you pay for, but for a quick/cheap set up, its a better option than the plastic ones. Doesn't look half bad either. Took about a half a day for a contractor to assemble. You will also need additional pieces to complete (waterline, drain lines, silicone).

Looks wonderful when you finally figure out how to install it. But difficult to install, and their mixer valve leaked after installation. You need a rocket scientist to figure out the minimalist instructions (which are mostly tiny exploded views of the entire shower assembly); which is handy as it takes two people to lift the thing onto the base. Lengths given to cut wood strips for the wall are incorrect. Every metal to glass connection is without washers, so use caulk. Buy a case of it for the project. Tight space to install - hard to get pex tool in. Worst was, once fully installed, the mixer valve sprang a leak in the wall - the factory-supplied unit had split at a seam. Only solution was cut through an outside wall to install an access panel and replace with a decent valve. (And take up part of the floor to dry out the concrete.) At least future replacement will be easier!

This shower is would be worth a zero star review but it does look nice when it is done so it earned a star for final appearance. Not final operation, final appearance. First it arrives in a gigantic wooden crate a la A Christmas Story and is boxed down in cardboard to about the size of the leg lamp. Yeah, it's a lot of packaging and very heavy. You could fit the shower into a car with the seats down but pretty much need a crane and a semi to get the wooden crate home. Second, you open up all the boxes because who the heck knows where you'll find the directions. Once you do find them, don't expect the pieces to be in the boxes as they are numbered. It's a bit of a seek and find. As a bonus, you can brush up on your Chinese while you try to imagine what they are meaning as they explain things in the directions. You will need a small army and a lot of luck to put this together! Now, you're ready to assemble. Get ready to lift both front doors, the frame, and both side walls onto the base to meet up with the back walls. Sound heavy? It is. Sound scary being that it's all glass and it's wobbling around? It is. But that's what the directions say! Finally got this beast together and they tell you you'll need to silicone some areas to prevent leakage. Pro tip: invest in silicone futures before installing. Literally every crack, crevice, screw, gap, or joint was not designed to prevent water from escaping. You will spend a small fortune on water just testing your silicone skills. Lastly, my favorite, the rainfall shower head. Although it is never mentioned in the description on the website and there is no picture of it, it has one! I wanted one so, I was pleased. This shower head couldn't be a cheaper designed and produced shower head if it were a carnival prize. The very first time I turned it on the front blew off and a steady stream of water shot straight down! Yes, this shower head is literally a back plate that threads on the pipe and a front plate with holes in it. It is 100% plastic and the two parts are "glued" together by yak spit or human snot. Either way it was not in a quantity that would hold the two pieces together should you want to use it to send a slight breeze of air through, much less any amount of water. If you want a shower that people will look at and say, "Wow, that looks nice!" but gives you the anxiety of walking a slick wooden bridge passing over an icy crevice in the mountains of Machu Pichu every time you hear it turn on, this shower is for you. If you are looking for something functional but in the same price range, I would advise looking elsewhere. What's a fella' supposed to do once you've bought an installed this thing? Return it? Who has the time and the money to take it back out and replace it?! You're stuck. You've been warned.
