    Q:Lawn with rocks

    Answer This Question

A:  It will be a problem depending on how large the rocks are. Any mowers blade will be damaged by rocks. You will probably need to rake the area and possibly add some topsoil to it.

      Great little helper
It's a little tough to set up at first, but after you work out the kinks, allowing it to circle the perimeter without stopping, it's great. You will need to continue to mow or weedwhack the edges. You can't complain about 5 minutes of work vs 50. I have 1/3 of an acre and it keeps it trimmed by just scheduling it to mow in the evenings from 3PM to 9PM. It chewed and destroyed a rubber ball and a pair of flip flops that I left in the yard.

        Buyer Beware
I bought a new RS630 3200M only 2 weeks ago. It's still under warranty. I have called RoboMow at least 3 times and emailed them double that. My brand new mower's wheels keep falling off after about 10 minutes of mowing. They have responded with one repair but the other repair or wheel they did not fix and have not made arrangements to fix. It took me a week to to lay out the perimeter wire and find a suitable home for the base station (so the mower will align correctly). I have made arrangements for mine to be shipped back. I strongly recommend until their service reps are replaced and mowers correctly put together that one does not buy.
