A lot better than the competition
Unfortunately HD run out of 5 gal. buckets (although it says they have 265 on hand in the website), so I just bought these lids. I should have bought 3 but I got only 2. I got the buckets from the other place and checked their lid to get another one but their lids are so flimsy. It has fewer slot support one the edges unlike this one. I need to use it for hydroponics that is why I like the lid to be a bit sturdy to support a heavy top plant but easy to remove.

This lid works well with our Home Depot bucket . We needed an airtight storage bucket and this gas done the job . We have multiple sets of these lids and buckets . They work great !
