Unable to remove "plug" on bottom. Very confused by instructions.
Bought 2 planters for outdoor use. They look beautiful. The bottom plug is supposed to be removable per instructions. I cannot push/pull or twist off these plugs, even with pliers. And, although the instructions are for the model I have, the picture looks different so I am super confused/frustrated about that and have reached out to the manufacturer, awaiting reply.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BASKETS!
My back porch gets super hot during the summer months, and keeping my hanging baskets watered is a chore. These are by far the most attractive and functional self-watering hanging baskets I've seen or owned. The opening for watering is easily located, thanks to the water level indicator. In addition, the metal hanging hardware is not only nice to look at, but allows you to easily turn the baskets. I've owned some baskets in the past that had plastic hanging hardware that softened in the hot sun, causing the baskets to fall. Not with these planters! I actually owned four before this purchase, and ordered these two to have enough for all my back porch hooks. They are a bargain at the price, and I promise you will love them!
