Q:I am very disappointed with this product. I purchased this mop November 6, 2022. Two weeks later I noticed the mop head would not connect to the wringer forcing me to wring-out this large mop by hand! Please help!

Q:The white piece that insert into the pole. Well it detached from the actual mopno is useless please help.
I'm very handy. I tied the piece so I won't loose it.

Traditional mop, but could be more!
Been using the tornado mop for years (getting a new one every few months or so) . It does the job, but, there is room for improvement. I have a few suggestions.

The Newer -The Poorer!
Acquired our 1st one six years ago. Appreciated that the mops a ‘self-wringer’ and can/could be easily rinsed and wrung out using a running faucet in a household sink. Purchased a second Libman Tornado mop at a clearance price eight months ago saving it for when the original became unusable. The original mop fell apart yesterday as the bottom of the mop detached from the main mop handle. Used the newest FOR THE 1ST TIME right out of the packaging sleeve, to JUST complete the task WHEN THE MOP TOP CAME AWAY FROM THE WRINGER GRIP!

Terrible Mop
After reading the positive reviews, I went to Home Depot and purchased this mop tonight. First dip and wring in the bucket of floor cleaner were fine and the mop was working well. Then, I went to wring the mop a second time after a rinse, and noticed the mop was no longer attached at the end of the mop. There was this weird plastic hook exposed at the end of the handle and a small piece of cloth on the floor. I grabbed the directions on the packaging to see how I might reattach the mop fibers. I tried putting all the loop fingers through the plastic hook and reattaching it but the plastic hook would not stay attached. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to mop my floor with a broken mop and by wringing the detached mop head out with my hands. I am going to try and return this mop tomorrow. Would not reccomend.
