Two Years in - regretting my choice
We got this carpet installed about two years go. The traffic pattern is extremely visible and the wear in high traffic areas is so obvious already. The seams are visible now, and the the color we chose was Virtual Taupe and it appears much less taupe and way more grey - so much so that originally I thought they installed the wrong color. Does seem to clean well.

Grid pattern carpet
Product is very good. Wanted for minimalist condo renovation. Very subtle grid pattern. Equal to goods from Carpet stores at more than twice the price. Upgraded padding to thick - trick I learned years ago. Had issues with scheduling installation, but we're resolved ok.

The carpet install went smoothly! The installers called and were timely with arrival and completion and cleaned up the old carpet and padding. The carpet looks great! No visible seams and vacuums nicely. I have two cats who have hairball issues and the spots have wiped up easily! VERY pleased with the product and entire experience!

Disappointed
I really liked the design of the carpet when I saw in the store. The installers were great and after they vacuumed, it looked beautiful. The color is perfect and the carpet is very comfortable as well. However, the minute you walk on it, it shows every footprint and looks dirty and stained! I 100% regret purchasing this carpet as I am now stuck with a costly purchase that I’m so unhappy with. I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND this carpet.

Looks cheap and leaves indentations.
We ordered this carpet to try to upgrade what was on the floor prior and unfortunately it looks worse than you would expect cheap builder grade carpet to look. Save your money and get something else. When I went in to the Home Depot store to look at carpet styles, there was no one working to help me, and I didn’t know that a lot of their carpet display options had been taken off the floor. I picked this style as one of about 9 options they had out in store and we ended up with this thinking it was a “better” carpet than the other brands. Notably part of the issue with the carpet on our floor may also be the installation with it not having been stretched right, it gets ridges and indentations all over the carpet most likely from that, they are trying to figure it out - we ended up at a different Home Depot store with more options and displays to look at and they said this face weight isn’t heavy enough and to look for something with a higher face weight.
We have had this carpet less than two weeks and it looks worse than the 15 year old carpet we replaced.
Skip this style and find something else. This looks cheap and I’ve never seen carpet get imprints and uneven areas all over it like this does. If you like turning your ankle on uneven areas in your carpet, then I guess this carpet is for you.

Absolutely beautiful!
