We bought the Easy Oak color of this floor and absolutely loved it. We looked at a lot of different colors and they were all too dark or too busy from the contrasting grains or two light. This one was just right. We also like the wider width. We couldn't be more happy with it.
We installed it in our great room, after painting all the walls white. It's such an open airy look. We used wall decor, etc. to add color back in. It's just a beautiful effect.
It wasn't difficult to install. We never got a firm answer on whether we could put a vapor barrier underneath on top of our concrete slab. Home Depot said don't put anything under it or it will void the warranty. This isn't true. You cannot put an underlayment but you can put a vapor barrier. It's in the brochure that comes with the flooring. We ended up going without and we are just keeping our fingers crossed.

Beware floor stains.
The floor is great as far as it’s water proof and looks amazing. My issue is with it staining. My kid spilled a Capri sun on the floor I didn’t see it until later wiped it up and now where it sat there is a red stain. Everything else is great about this floor but if a Capri sun will stain it? I have kids and I wish I knew this before buying it.

Important Installation Tips
Even though they say it is possible to score with a utility knife and break, I do not recommend. You can make quick work with a compound mitre saw, skill saw, and rubber mallet. It can be tricky to get a good snap between boards, best to fit the corner edge of each piece first, then line up the long edge. Have yet to use much, time will tell how durable the product really is.

Very easy install and overall quality /look 5 star !
This was my first time installing the vinyl plank flooring and I shopped around at other brands and stores but I wasnt just finding the price for quality as I needed something for water proof and hold up against two kids and a dog I came across LifeProof in the sterling oak color very happy with it will use it for my hallways and other back living room

Scratches very easily
We did a ton of research before choosing this floor for our new home. Durability was very important for us because we have kids and a dog. I was initially pleased with this flooring because the color is beautiful and it is very easy to install. However, after only a few weeks, we have scratches EVERYWHERE. Anything and everything leaves scratches on this flooring. I have no idea why it would be advertised to be durable against scratching. Our brand new floors already look terrible...so disappointing. I do not recommend.

Great Floor
After sampling tons of colors, we decided on Easy Oak. It was very easy to install as long as your subfloor is perfectly flat. If you take the time to ensure everything is smooth and level, installation is a breeze. I used a razor to score the pieces for cross cuts and used a jigsaw for ripping the pieces and oddball cuts. I used a rubber mallet and tapping block to connect the pieces. The tapping block, spacers and pull bar came from a cheap little set and were all i needed. I thought this was much easier to install than laminate. The durability has been great with a large dog and three young boys. No scratches and it seems very tough. I put this in my entire house and am very pleased.

This is a great product. I left the a few pieces outside on the patio. They were sitting there for a few months through the pouring rain and changes in temperature and I was surprised to see they were not affected! Inside they look great! I dust them once a week but am not sure how to clean them in the future. Also, the delivery people left the wooden pallet. I'm not sure how I can get
rid of that.
I recommend this product wholeheartedly! It's in my living room, dining room, kitchen and entryway.

Easy oak did not look like the in store samples or the photo online it is more white gray. Returned easy oak. Purchased a box of acacia, fresh oak, and dusk cherry to test with our cherry cabinets. All online photos were completely different than the actual planks. We ended up installing DUSK CHERRY which looks blonde with a very very slight hint of red. The neutral color compliments the cherry cabinets perfectly! So beautiful! Do not trust online pictures or in store samples because the colors vary so greatly in each plank. Pick up a box of each color you like to test them in the room you are installing them in.

I absolutely love this product and will use it again if I ever have to replace flooring throughout any room in my house. I wish this product was available 10 years ago when I was putting laminate in my living room. I have recently replaced 2 bathroom floors with this product. I was originally planning on using tiles but was introduced to LifeProof luxury vinyl tiles by my local Home Depot sales associate. The cost of the LVT vs. ceramic tiles is at least 50% less because of labor and materials. It is certainly more durable (not breakage) and has a more beautiful look (in my opinion). I had to order samples because it was a newer product and my HD did not have any in stock. I was happy with all of the different choices available. I am so impressed with the real wood look! The feel below my feet is also very comfortable. Of course, it does not feel like real wood, but it feels better than my old laminate which is of a higher quality. This product, compared to others in it's category, has a thick padded base which makes it have a warmer feel and sound/shock absorption. These are also waterproof not water resistant so installing them in a bathroom was a no brainer. I could not be happier!
I had Home Depot install the floors so I cannot answer to the ease of installation. The people who installed it did not take very long. However, it cost almost as much to have the 2 toilets removed and reinstalled with new seals than the actual flooring. If you know how to remove the toilets you will save $250 per toilet.

I will say, I had a hard time getting the hang of installing this flooring at first. The short edges that click together can break easily if you don't have the right angle. After struggling with the first few boards, it was pretty quick and easy. We did use electric saws to cut everything because the boards are much too tough to use any type of hand tool.
