The carpeting and Home Depot sales force were great and...

The carpeting and Home Depot sales force were great and the salespersons went above and beyond to get the job done. The problem is Crew2 the installation. Despite having pictures of the job and a write up (done by a Home Depot employee) they arrived at the house totally amazed by the job. Though I had paid extra to move a bed, they flat out refused. They arrived at the very end of their arrival window and then were at the house until past 10 pm. Walls and ceilings were damaged during the course of installation. I should have know Crew2 did not care at all about the job when they called me before installation to read me a ten minute list of everything they would not do…nothing about what they would do and that about sums it up. Carpet: 10. Home Depot 10. Crew2: 0

I waited a long time to get a new carpet; the old green one was 25 years old. My new one has a very beautiful, plush, beige variegated pattern. The whole process went very smoothly. When I ordered my flooring, the associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. I anticipated that I would have to wait a lengthy time for arrival of the flooring, but a few weeks later it arrived. The installers worked quickly, efficiently and did a professional job. I could not be more pleased.
