How long is the cord?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. The Low-Level (LL) settings available depend on the model of your spa. LL1 is used for 115V spas, such as the LS100DX. LL2 is used for 230V spas and allows the heater to operate while the jets are running on high speed. For the LS100DX, the spa uses a thermal friction pump to heat the water. The pump generates heat whenever it is running. This model has a single-speed pump and does not include a dedicated heater, so the LL2 setting is not applicable. Our jets run and stop whats wrong
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. If the jets are surging (starting and stopping repeatedly), this is generally an indication that the water level is too low. Please check the water level and ensure it is filled to approximately halfway up the opening of the filter canister. If the water level is below this point, add water as needed and then test the spa again to see if the issue is resolved.
