Best Purchase ever!
This is the best investment I could have made. I just moved from San Diego to the valley and was missing my jacuzzi and the water. This is exactly what I was looking for. The easy set up and short fill time.....Like they say just plug and play.

This product is fantastic! You just fill it up, plug it in, and it just works. It takes about 2 days for it to really get hot (104 degrees), but after that it stays hot and it's fairly easy to clean. And it says that it seats 5 but 6 people can easily fit in the hot tub

Some considerations / HOW TO for 110V (Plug and play). Ps.: The measurements will be given in Celsius and Meters 1- You do not need to open the side panel. The plug will be attached in one of two semi circles (Black squared plug, the other it is the drain), it is just to pull it BUT mine was a little bit interlaced with the "water hose" so I prefered to open and see what I was doing. 2- When you will be moving it from curbside to your backyard take care with the digital panel side of hot tub (Tip given by the delivery man). See the pictures and you will understand why. 3- I slided it using the cardboard that came with the hot tub cover, here it is grass so worked well. We were in three people. 4- I am measuring the electricity using one Wi-Fi relay called TopGreener Smart Plug with Energy monitoring (must have minimum 15 Amp) 2 plugs per $23.99 I created one schedule (On its app to cut the electricity at designated time: OFF at 19:00 and ON 10:00 everyday. The electricity saving pays in the first month. - on average the hot tub uses 0.6 kWh - here in SC the cost of electricity is on average $ 0.13 per kWh In one night I measured the loss, so: Ps.: I used the hot tub measurement and also a aquarium thermometer. Both the same result :) Day1 19:00 34.5 ºC Average Weather temperature in the night 15 ºC. Day 2 10:00 32.5 ºC During the night it decreased only 2º C (I am using the hot tub cover) 12:30 35.5 ºC I prefer (I set) it around 37º C. Between 32º and 38º C it is a good range to stay. In my case to be comfy on this Temperature range at the period that I will probably use the hot tub it is just turn it on from 10:00 to 19:00 So: Cost per hour $ 0.08 * 24 hours = $ 1.92 per day * 30 days = $ 57.60 (If it was being used all day) $ 0.08 * 9 hours = $ 0.72 per day * 30 days = $ 21.60 (My current schedule) As soon as the time pass the average will become more accurate, of course the weather affects the results. The most important is to calibrate your schedule to let your bath tub "comfort temperature range ready" when you will probably use it. 5- The hot tub jets are powerful ! 6- If possible do not put the panel side at the "wall side" of your backyard, In case of any maintenance you will be happy to have an easy access on it. Enjoy it !

Nice product for the price. The 120v plug means a smaller kw heater, so tub cools off fast while open and air is on.....as expected Probably not good in cold climates, in key west it's fine. If you live up north go 220v

I've waited 2 months to do this review just so I wouldn't change my mind about the spa - It's great! The 115 V plug worked out great, the amount of energy it doesn't really use is great, and most importantly the spa itself is great to sit in and relax. Do I wish some of the jets were positioned a little further left/right or up/down? Yep! That said it is a very nice, well-built spa for the price (Under $3000.00) and seats our family of 4 pretty comfortably. Keep up with the chlorine every few days and wash the filter out once a month and it maintains itself very well. I will say this about the delivery, Home Depot does not deliver it. It ships from the manufacturer and be very upfront with the carrier when you are contacted if you need it moved somewhere other than a pad where a pallet jack can put it. I had to wait an additional two weeks after delivery as I needed it moved over grass to a pad and had no forklift or local football team to help get it there as it weighs a bit over 500 lbs. on the pallet. I should have verified with the delivery folks how it was to be delivered. I did try going to my local HD store, since they didn't deliver it initially they would not send a truck out with a forklift to help, I was a little disappointed with that. More mad at myself for not reading fine print regarding delivery before buying. Also, 8' X 8' concrete pad was priced by 3 local concrete people at $1500.00 as that was their "minimum". I ended up using an EZ Pad and leveling it with gravel. Much more economical than spending for the concrete and it actually looks like concrete enough that my wife says it's A-OK. Picture attached shows pad underneath and cover that comes with it which we leave on when not using. Have not purchased a cover lift yet, reviews of those are good and bad. Would sure help though if they worked as indicated as cover does slip off and on easy but is a bit awkward to work with. Kids can't do it. Be warned too, if it's in an area where it's open, best to always snap down the cover as I learned fairly early on after finding it in the yard after the wind blew it off. Back to the spa itself, highly recommended. I looked for quite a while at different ones and was worried about the strength of the jets but after the first time we used it I realized we had made a good purchase. It's pretty good-looking too which helps. Good luck!

After having envied our friends hot tub for years we purchased this ‘plug n play’ hot tub hoping the reviews we read were truthful. They could not have been more spot on. First and foremost the hot tub is efficient and yes it actually can heat the tub by robbing friction from the spas pumps! No need for 220 volts and separate heaters! My friend was shocked that our tub runs on 120 volts keeps the water hot for hours in the winter (Georgia) and never loses heat when used in the spring and fall. Without a doubt the best purchase for our home/yard we’ve ever made. We love the seating arrangement preferred to those that either force everyone’s feet into the middle or you have to pick a bucket style seat for your entire stay. With this model you can spread out, turn sideways or if you’re nursing a sore back, take a seat in the bubble massage seat provided. We’ve had it now for two years and have enjoyed every second spent in it!

First Hot Tub I owned and opted for the "Plug and Play" so I did not have to do anything special for electricity. So far it works great and no issues. Really like the seating setup and options on this Hot Tub. On setup it did take 24 hours or so to heat up which is expected but raising the temp is pretty quick (might be longer in the winter but I will find out). Delivery took longer then original estimate from the vendor but HD customer service did help in this area and do appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction!
