I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the control panel buttons on your spa. If the buttons are unresponsive, the control panel may need to be replaced. To help determine the cause, I recommend contacting our factory support team at 888-961-7727, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time, while you are at home with the spa. Our team can walk you through some troubleshooting steps to confirm whether the control panel is the source of the issue. We can also verify your warranty status and, if the spa is still covered, arrange for a replacement panel to be shipped and schedule service for installation. If the spa is no longer under warranty, we can provide you with the correct part number and direct you to our website so you can order the replacement panel. We understand how frustrating it can be when your spa isn't operating properly, and we'll do our best to help get everything working again as quickly as possible.
While your spa is designed to maintain its set temperature even when outdoor temperatures fall below 0°F, we do not recommend using the spa in such extreme weather conditions. Prolonged exposure to severe cold can be unsafe and may increase the risk of frostbite and other cold-related injuries.
Hello Anthony, Thank you for providing your feedback. The rotomolded spas do have a textured finish. Some people have described it as rough. While the shell is designed to be textured, it should not irritate the skin. If you have any concerns about the finish, please call us at 888-961-7727 Mon-Fri 7am-4pm PST.

Hello, The LS600DX is a 4-wire configuration and requires a 50 GFCI circuit breaker. If you have any questions, please call us at 888-961-7727 Mon-Fri 7am-4pm PST.
What is the answer to 3 or 4 wire connection
Hello Rp67, Thank you for your question. While the spa can technically be used with an aftermarket saltwater system, we do not recommend it. Saltwater systems use a cell to convert salt into chlorine, and if the system is not carefully maintained, the saltwater can become corrosive and potentially damage stainless steel components over time. For the best performance and longevity of your spa, we recommend using granulated chlorine. This method gives you more precise control over the sanitizer levels in your water. Another great option is the Spa Frog system, which uses a combination of mineral and chlorine cartridges and can reduce chlorine usage by up to seventy-five percent. You can learn more about the Spa Frog system on our website at **Lifesmartliving.com**. If you have any questions or would like help choosing the best water care option, please give us a call at **888-961-7727**, Monday through Friday, **7AM to 4PM PST**. We’re happy to help!
