The jet control panel does not work. Just the temperature works. How do I fix it or turn the jets?

To help determine the cause, I recommend contacting our factory support team at 888-961-7727, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time, while you are at home with the spa. Our team can walk you through some troubleshooting steps to confirm whether the control panel is the source of the issue. We can also verify your warranty status and, if the spa is still covered, arrange for a replacement panel to be shipped and schedule service for installation. If the spa is no longer under warranty, we can provide you with the correct part number and direct you to our website so you can order the replacement panel. We understand how frustrating it can be when your spa isn't operating properly, and we'll do our best to help get everything working again as quickly as possible.
Can this be used in below zero temperatures
While your spa is designed to maintain its set temperature even when outdoor temperatures fall below 0°F, we do not recommend using the spa in such extreme weather conditions. Prolonged exposure to severe cold can be unsafe and may increase the risk of frostbite and other cold-related injuries.
The texture of the hot tub (shell/interior) is rough. Is it like that for anyone else or we received a defected one?

What gauge wire
If the run from the subpanel to the spa is less than 75 feet you can use 8 gauge wire, over 75 feet but less than 100 feet you should use 6 gauge wire.

Saltwater systems use a cell to convert salt into chlorine, and if the system is not carefully maintained, the saltwater can become corrosive and potentially damage stainless steel components over time. For the best performance and longevity of your spa, we recommend using granulated chlorine. This method gives you more precise control over the sanitizer levels in your water. Another great option is the Spa Frog system, which uses a combination of mineral and chlorine cartridges and can reduce chlorine usage by up to seventy-five percent.
