AnswersI’m a middle aged woman with soar hands and I got this together by myself. The directions were very good. You screw the arms on, screw the feet on, slide the back in, ZIP the back cushion to the back, and your done! Tool and hardware all present and accounted for.

Wasn't very easy to assemble. I'm not handy, and I confess I put the arms on backwards first and then had to undo and re-screw them. One of the jump rings was missing, and one of the sides was missing a hole, so I had to tear one. I didn't love the hard little bolsters, so I put them underneath the seat in the flimsy storage compartment. Not sure what else you could store in there. But once assembled, the chair is great. I love the memory foam back and the wide seat, and since I'm short, I loooove how low to the ground it sits. I replaced the bolsters with velvet cushions. A friend of mine saw a picture and said, "That chair is giving me LIFE!" I couldn't agree more.

This chair came quicker than expected and for the price is pretty decent quality and size. It actually is almost the width of a chair and a half. We don't anticipate too many people sitting in it regularly so it should last a while but its pretty firm! My husband put it together and took him about an hour by his self so not too bad and he didnt complain so... overall im super pleased with my purchase.

We were so excited to receive this item today. (Ship to Store). Upon opening our boxes, were were able to set 1 chair up, but when it came to the second one, we were missing a 2 important parts to complete it. We were missing 2 of the side brackets that would have completed the back rest. Unfortunately were were very upset with this. I was able to call Customer Service to get this issue taken cared of. A shipping company will pick up the damaged item at our home. The kicker to it, is that I will have to re-order another one and do the waiting game again. Especially in Hawaii, items take a little longer. Not so happy.

Wide enough for me and my Klingon toy poodle. Looks like quality work however I’m not crazy about the material. It’s not soft and I worry about my kitten tearing it up so I’m ordering a slip cover.
I’m vertically challenged (62 inches). The arms are the perfect height, for me, and my toes touch the floor. My heels don’t so I put a thin pillow behind me and I can touch the floor. Most furniture is too tall for me and can be painful. This works for me and it’s comfortable. Thank you!!!!!
