      A:  Yes, we do have anchor kits available. Give customer service a call and we can get that out to you. They can be reached at 800-225-3865 or by email at customercare@lifetime.com. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (MT).

          A:  The swing height is not made to be adjustable, but if you wanted, you could shorten the chains from the top.

            I really wanted to like it.
            While the app was great for putting everything together, I simply cannot recommend d this set. 60% of the pieces had scratches down to the metal, bent ends, and paint flaking off some pieces. Being made from steel, after a week, I’m already noticing rust forming in some areas. I’m honestly not sure what to do because it took a good 8 hours to put together by myself. I do love how the set functions, but I really don’t see it holding up. Really disappointed considering the price and my time.

              Good quality, great instructions
              Overall this is a sturdy, quality swing set. Installation took around 6 hours with help from one other person but we weren’t trying to go fast. There is an installation video online that is very helpful to use along with the written instructions.

                Amazing
                Took 2 adults one evening and the next morning to put together. Easy overall. It’s large enough that I don’t have to worry about my kids outgrowing it but small enough to fit in my tiny backyard. Super sturdy too! During assembly, my 250 lb husband and my 150 lb teenager both climbed into the clubhouse to put the roof on and it held them with no problem.

                Kids love it, Assembly Instructions were easy and clear. I really recommend watching the video instructions ahead then following the written instructions while building. Make sure you open and check all of the boxes, everything was delivered but because I assumed I knew what was in each box I thought I was missing things. They were actually in another box.

                Perfect size, well made, a good value.
                Just finished the construction of this swing set clubhouse. Very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Good directions and parts. Only issue was I had retired engineers helping, between the three of us took 12 hours to complete.

                  Sturdy with a small footprint in the yard
                  Quality set, sturdy. The right side (if you're facing the slide) does lift up off the ground with two kids swinging, even with the anchors (which attach to the left side of the swing base). Slide is steep and fast--we had the six foot safety zone at the end, but in reality wish we had a lot more space at the end to account for a few running steps at landing. The steps and rope swing are at an angle, which is a little awkward for fast climbing, and the round steps kind of hurt your feet if you're barefoot. Some little plastic edges are sharp after it's put together. I'm hoping it wears down with time to prevent some of the little cuts we've gotten the first week. I wish there was a climbing wall or fire pole in the back instead of the rope ladder, but then again, I like the smaller footprint of this set.
