Jacket is very heavy duty. I bought the tall version and it works better for disc grinding, gives more protection because it is longer (below the belly). Suggest putting it on a hanger to air it out for a couple days before wearing it. Very strong leathery odor, it is definitely real leather!!

The only problem is the smell. The chemicals they used to treat the leather are very strong. I had to leave it outside for about a week. Still smells real bad. Great jacket though.
