A:  The tip cleaner kit would work. However, the tip cleaners may be too big for burners. The tips in the cleaner kit range from drill size #49 to #75.

A:  The diameters are good for my classical. The filing goes slowly and they plug with filings quickly, so I make a few strokes, clean the file, check, repeat. Slow is good for an occasional luthier like me. ;)

A:  I measured with my old vernier caliper, so accuracy may not be spot on, but here's what I measured: 0.016 (1/64"), 0.022, 0.023, 0.027, 0.030, 0.031, 0.035, 0.039, 0.047, 0.055, 0.0625 (1/16") I am using these to file slots in guitar nuts.
