Thin and easy to work with
The mat is thin so it doesn't add any bulk - you would never know it is there under the rug. I trimmed it to fit the rub I use on top of the laminate floor in my kitchen. It was very easy to trim with normal scissors. Now I can sweep or vacuum the rug without it moving or shifting away but it is not hard to move it if I want to reposition the rug. All in all, a good choice for thin, effective, and super easy to use.

Perfect playroom rug
I purchased a rug for my kids playroom. With how much they play on it, it kept sliding around. I purchased the 5x8 and it has not budged. I have three small active boys who are constantly playing on it. Works perfect.

Rug stays in place
I bought this for under my new loloi 3.5’x5.5’ rug to keep it from slipping. I just cut off the excess and it’s worked perfectly. My rug has stayed put. It did the job, and I’m satisfied.
It has stuck well on my tile, I’ve tried moving back and forth on the rug to get it to slide and it still stays put.

Perfect for Alternate Use
We have a 40" round glass-top kitchen table, on which we use fabric tablecloths. I purchased this 5 x 8 rug pad for underneath the tablecloth, to keep it from sliding off. I chose the size so I could cut two mats, each 48" in diameter. It works PERFECTLY. I knew from the reviews that it has a strong odor, so I aired it out in my screen porch for 24 hours (in cool weather) before cutting it to size. That took care of the odor.

This rug pad prevents an area rug from slipping on a hardwood or other slippery floor. It’s thin so the rug will not stick up and catch your shoe or a door opening. The rug is a little softer, squishier with the pad under it. The pad is easily trimmed with scissors if it’s too large for your rug. You may prevent a fall or at least having to straighten out your area rug each time you walk over it. This no-slip rug pad works.

These rug pads are a tremendous safety tool when installing rugs on tile and hardwood floors. My mother-in-law about fell when our big entry rug was first laid down without a pad underneath. This pad is very thin but has a tacky feel to it. now our rug does not move at all. This size is made for a "runner" style rug but there are other sizes available to fit larger rugs.

My wife has decided that we needed new rugs in the house in nearly every room and let me tell you that's several rugs! So as we started buying rugs we realized that most don't have a non-slip back so as not to slide around on our hardwood floor. When we found these nonslip pad gripper we had to buy several but it was worth it as they are very good quality. This one is 2'x3' and has a very rubbery gripping surface that sticks well to the back of the rug and acts as a very good nonslip grip to our floor which is very smooth and slick. All in all we are very pleased and another thing you can do with these is cut them down to size with a pair of scissors if it doesn't fit perfectly.

This non-slip gripper does help keep area rugs in place, I found that a lighter weight area rug doesn’t always stay right where it should though. The rug seems to move a bit each time people (or my dog) walk across it. The gripper pad usually stays in place on the floor, but the rug moves a bit so the gripper pad shows. All in all, it’s worth using.
