It's a fail
Gave it a full week, never expanded and never will....see pics. Seems like it would be comfy if it did but now has to go back and the search continues.

We're sorry to hear that topper hasn't fully expanded! Sometimes the foam gets "stuck" and it needs help. Keeping it in a warm room can help with that. You can also walk or crawl along the topper for a few minutes at a time throughout the day, as that can help break up the air pockets in the foam. A gift that turned into a burden!
Xmas gift for my daughter who goes to school in SF. Now she is stuck with this monster and has no vehicle to take it back to a HD. 5 days later and it looks like nothing and taking space in her small room. Awful!

We are sorry to hear that the topper hasn't expanded. Sometimes memory foam needs a little help. One suggestion would be to massage the areas that haven't expanded. Another suggestion would be to apply heat to the problem areas via a hair dryer 5-6 inches away. Both suggetions can help the memory foam expand to its fullest extent. Super cozy mattress topper! BEST SLEEP EVER!
Omg! This mattress topper is extremely comfortable! I purchased the 3 inch. The instructions was very simple: lay topper on a flat surface (I laid mine on the floor). After laying my topper on the floor for 4-5 hours (yes, you will need patience!), it puffed up/expanded into it's natural form. I'm pleased with my purchase. Best sleep ever! :-)
Btw, the picture shows 4 hrs of patience!

Not a good one.
Not a good one, after about 3 weeks wait to fully expand, had to start search again. Not worth returning, More like sleeping on 2 sheets, excessively too soft, reactivated pinch nerve.
