The Pre-mounting Plate from SPEX Lighting is a comprehensive installation solution for helping rough in electrical in a new-construction or open joist setting. Constructed of galvanized steel, this 4-1/4 in. round opening pre-mounting plate is used to mount 4 in. fixtures. The plate includes mounting holes and tracks to satisfy any type of installation. Alignment notches on plate to help aligning multiple plates.

Can be installed length or width wise depending on where the joists are located

Includes metal clip to secure SPEX Driver and allow it to be easily accessible from fixture hole
