They are nice as they are very practical when installing pot lights in the attic but the adhesive failed instantly. It never bonded with the vapor barrier.

Moisture barrier for pot light
Easy to install. Good quality. A 4" size would be easier rather than one that doubles for 4&6

A little pricy but worth it . Also they are hard to find so was nice to get them from Home Depot
