Unnecessarily difficult to assemble and ugly once assembled
I do not recommend this lamp. It was very difficult to assemble, the instructions are horrible and since the lamp shade has to go outside of the post, it looks awkward once assembled. Disappointing.

Beautiful Floor Lamp for price
Assembly was easy to do, I like the uniqueness that the lampshade goes on the outside of the pole at the top. Beautiful marble base too.
To my knowledge, does not dim, but that could be with the LED bulb I’m using. On-off button is floor based, no switch at the top.
Only set back on assembly was my lamp had too much power cord and I had to open the base to pull it through more so the lamp pull could screw onto base, which wasn’t ideal to do but made it work.
This is a smaller height floor lamp, not too tall; think for reading chair area (similar height if a table lamp was on an end table).
