The Lockly Model S smart lock is the most advanced smart lock in the world. The patented digital keypad, powered by PIN Genie, displays an always shuffling keypad, where the numbers displayed in a series of 4-buttons and is different every time when you approach the door. While the access code remains the same, the location of where the number is located differs, making it hard for prying eyes to guess what the actual code is. The lock also offers the administrator ability to grant remote access and issue digital keys with specific timed durations, even when the lock isn't connected to the internet, allowing guests to enter without using a smartphone. The code will be in the Quick Start Guide or attached to the box on the inside flap once you remove the manuals. If you still need to retrieve a new initial code, please provide the following and email to help@lockly.com . 1. Lockly order number or photo of the receipt from retailer 2. The email we should send the code to 3. The phone number associated with your Lockly account 4. Photo of the serial number (located on the lock under the battery cover). Once we receive this information, we will forward it to our engineers, and they will start the process for retrieving your initial code, and you should receive a response within 24-48 hours. We await your email.

It does come with an inside door handle. There is no manual lock for the inside but it comes with a key for the outside. As a backup I use a standard door knob but we only lock it if we will be away from home for awhile. We love the convenience of having the keyless entry.

Yes, it does have readability issues in direct sun. At peak times, the numbers on the screen cannot be seen. We are removing the locks as a result.

The Model-S is connected with Bluetooth, you can remotely assign codes to your guest and family to open the lock but unable to lock/unlock directly. to enable the remote feature, you can buy our Wi-Fi hub (PGH200) then, the Model S can be managed anytime anywhere as well as Alexa and Google Home feature. thanks Lockly Customer Support

Amazing Lock
This is my first biometric electronic lock and I must say it was very easy to install the features are great even my girlfriend who normally doesn’t comment on technology just loves the flexibility and security it provides.

Blows Schlage out of the water!
Bought the Lockly Deadbolt and a Schlage deadbolt at the same time for different doors. I ended up liking the Lockly so much that I returned the Schlage and purchased another Lockly. Lockly is sleek looking, works well and has great features that Other locks don’t offers. Not to mention, the number pattern changeS every time a passcode is entered so it is impossible for someone to guess your passcode. I am excited for the Lockly Vision to come out. I will be purchasing one.

So I have the vision it's awesome does still need work on the mic for talking thru not the clearest but still a nice overall product. It would be nice if they had one for a bedroom as well

cheaply made door , buy another brand
Doesnt work well and i cant unlock remotely i bought this with fhe intention of being able to allow people to come in without me being present
