I am pleased with everything about this lock. From its clean design to multiple unlocking options, it is an absolute must for any home security system. I won’t say it’s a simple setup, although many reviews have said it to be. It’s only because my OCD causes me to spend a little extra time double & triple checking everything. I like the options of digital passcode(static or random mode), multiple fingerprint, physical key & in app. remote (un)locking. I personally have not had any issues since installing, although my children have said they’ve experienced excessive beeping while attempting to lock/unlock on a couple of occasions at which time I was able to unlock remotely while out of town. I found no issue through the app log or the physical lock itself when checked. I also like the ability to set a self lock time once the door is closed. Mine is set for 30 sec. If you happen to have your door open longer than set time it’ll automatically lock as soon as it’s closed. Having Alexa check or unlock if you are preoccupied is another plus. All in all, this is a great investment considering its price. Well worth it for peace of mind for me. Highly recommend purchasing

I bought it a couple of months ago, and I no longer worry about my daughter forgetting the key when she goes to school, since she can enter with her fingerprint, my friends can enter with the temporary code even if I am not at home and wait for me Finally, it is easy and safe.

First time hearing about this company and its door locks. Gave it a try and it's actually pretty good. Mine for some reason was missing those door sensors, yes this thing uses a door sensor compared to the latter. But I emailed their customer service and they're pretty much responsive and they've sent me the missing stuff. Now the feature I like is the added finger scanning and the scrambling number combination on the keypad every time you access it. It's different every time so you won't have to use a pattern as you would do with fixed numbers. The build is pretty solid, I was worried about some other comments regarding exposing the keypad to direct sunlight that the number would not be visible because my door is facing east and it really hits the sun and I could still see the numeric keypads. But I worried over time because it really gets hot. On the first day, I intentionally left the plastic covering on the keypad to see how it does with the direct sun exposure and the plastic kind of shrunk. It did work without installing the sensors. In my mind, the sensors I think are just to let you know if someone opens or closes the door. Siri sends me an alert on my door locks even without sensors using other brands. I really like the build and feel of this lock it's really pretty solid. I hope the battery last longer. I did update the firmware and it took a while to connect to it because it really requires new fresh batteries/. Now the hard part for me is the programming to connect to the wifi hub. That really took a while to connect. First I have no interest in that new house where I was installing this lock, so there's no way you can program access to the door without internet. It says you can do it by Bluetooth but it didn't work for me. It's just the initial part of programming. So, before you install this to a house that doesn't have internet access, program it first where you have access to the internet. What I did, was I went to my neighbor and use their internet so I can program it, like adding access codes fingerprints, updating the firmware, etc. So far I'm keeping it.

It's just a peace of mind to have notifications while away, the possibility to lock/unlock my door from anyone, use my fingerprint to prevent anyone from knowing my code, and to lock the door automatically after my chose amount of time. 120% recommend this product for anyone and everyone!

I bought my Lockly Secure Pro several months ago, installed it myself and have loved it ever since. I had been looking to replace my Schlage electric lock that had finally given out and wanted something that I could unlock with my fingerprint. I also wanted a Ring doorbell but due to HOA issues and not having a wired doorbell, that was not an option. Lockly had the two things I was looking for plus the digital keypad. And that rotates every time the screen wakes up, keeping fingerprints/smudges random instead of always in the same location. I can access the camera and unlock/lock the door from anywhere at any time and I’m always notified when my door has activity. My Lockly Secure Pro was the best purchase I could have made! I would absolutely recommend this lock to anyone!
