Thank you for the question. The Loctite Vinyl, Fabric and Plastic 1 fl. oz. Flexible Adhesive is not a liquid. It is a smooth lump free thick consistency
Thank you for the question. If you are trying to apply it underwater te answer is no it will not work . Surfaces must be dry during application and cure.
Thank you for the question. The Loctite Vinyl, Fabric and Plastic Flexible Adhesive is designed for repairing and mending flexible plastics such as vinyl seats, cushions, tarps and outdoor gear. It does not bond to all plastics. It will bond to rigid acrylic plastic but be careful, this is a solvent based product so if the acrylic plastic you are working with is thin, it may become damaged (testing should be done before starting the project). The product will say clear but prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause yellowing to occur.
The maximum heat exposure for the Loctite® Vinyl, Fabric & Plastic Flexible Adhesive is 140°F. The success of using this product for your repair will depend upon the type of plastic needing the repair. There are some plastics this product will not bond to such as polypropylene. Keep in mind that extended heat exposure can also weaken bonds.
Would use diffferent product. Think the adhesive would penetrate through flannel.
