This a good extract kit I used your ingredients and added 8 lbs of grain changed up the hops. After the primary fermentation transferred to the secondary and let ferment on 12 pounds of fresh peaches for 2 weeks added a small amount peach extract to get a distinct peach aroma. This was the perfect base kit for what I wanted to achieve and I would use it again.
